It should be 4-5 days in office. But bt and AK know that some employees under better work place took jobs further a field to stay employed and are managing to keep going as it’s only 3 days travel not 5. Some of those employees travelling are probably the better employees so they will wait until later down the line when job cuts ramp up before increasing the required days in office to 4-5 a week, otherwise they may prematurely lose too many desk staff that are still yet required.

Hybrid working probably is as efficient as full office, if it’s managed correctly. I know when I worked that way I was more productive working alone two days of 5 than sat chatting to colleagues and making tea because I was stuck in a tea round… however 5 days a week at home is only effective for a limited period, full time there are a lot of shirkers .

I am not a BT employee so can’t say for certain this applies to them.

Even if sanctions are lifted, won’t we be in the same boat with Evr as poly holders? They’re on AIX but can’t trade as no CREST?

If a second bid and rejection joint statements are made in future out of hours. What will the benefit to us of a new bid be? None.

So for holders like me this is all a gamble on a 2nd bid being accepted or not.

If you think it won’t be accepted, it doesn’t matter how high aviva will bid. It will tank before you get chance to sell.
