Your implied speculation could well be right, I certainly hope so. It is difficult to see any other reason for yesterday's double RNS's. A shame we didn't keep yesterday's early gains but I hope that was proof of the potential boiling quietly here. As always, we shall see.

I've just seen that the contact number is included on the RNS. Usual to know for later How very strange that the link I have posted included the details of the first RNS about the S & G case. If you made it up no one would believe it.

Lindoser, I was considering 'phoning them. I am pleased to see the HQ address already changed on the web-site but no number, I shall think about it. I wonder where the problem lies. WTG do have a little "proir" where RNS's are concerned! On a (very) personal note, as a former inmate of Petersfield County Secondary Modern I am delighted to see Watchstone return to its county of origin! "..it has been discussed previously.." No it hasn't, if you read my post carefully. I am talking about yesterday's RNS, not historical stuff. There have been many holdings RNS since the last "discussion", whenever that was, it was long ago enough that I can't remember.

I am assuming the major shareholder for the latest RNS is Sand Grove Capital Management therefore Watchstone should update their list shortly.

That major financial institutions constantly announce more and more ownership of this company and the fact passes by without even any comment! I genuinely cannot remember so many such events, especially so often, on any other company I have known. How well I recall lectures from "experienced" share holders that "no II will buy into a company like this on AIM, it is not on their horizon!" and suchlike pontifications. Plenty are seeing it now.

As you appear to require an answer, "no". Indeed, the SFO "findings" could be that WTG has moved so much from QPP that the problems of Quindell no longer affect Watchstone in any meaningful way. A lot of people have actually moved on from QPP. Just some old investors left now with a chip on their shoulder, irrelevant in truth, but they just haven't realised. If I am wrong, OK, I'm wrong, but I don't imagine any of them acknowledging the fact if I am, as is more probable, proven right.
