I think most timings given for these deals are at best optimistic. My personal thoughts are that I will be surprised if anything is achieved here much before the end of June. I will be happy to be proven wrong, today if possible.... But in fairness, this is a massive deal for BOOM, should it succeed. RP certainly has the history and knowhow to make it happen but "many a slip between cup and lip".

I think I am a year out in my dividend payment, I believe that it was 2014 and was 10pps. There have been 2 consolidations, the first in 2014 was a 1 for 15 and the second in Dec '16 of a 1 for 10, when we also got the 90pps payback. We are, as I am sure you know awaiting the �1 per share which we may or may not get. ATB.

Many companies progress even though they have outstanding litigation in some cases considerably more damaging than is the case here. It is not the end of the world, and I say that despite the fact I think S & G issue is far more significant than the SFO. Organic growth and good management can confine the S&G nonsense to the background where it belongs.

Very good find and thanks for posting, I would not have seen it otherwise. Interesting comments about the lack of interest shown so far by other analysts, perhaps this will begin to turn the tide? My personal take on it, which meets with regular (ahem!) criticism from contributors who think they know better but are ill-mannered in trying to prove it, is that what appears to be a lack of interest can be laid directly at the feet of the BoD. They have been lamentable in the recent past with their inability or lack of effort to promote the company. I was hoping for a change in approach with recent board moves, however my hopes look like being dashed. Perhaps other analysts will look for the potential.... it seems they certainly aren't going to have it rammed down their throats by officers at WTG. The apparent lack of leadership in the public domain does leave the door open for certain fear merchants to ply their evil trade as they have done in the past. The trouble is I am not confident the BoD are equipped to handle that, should it happen. A have a couple of grand on standby for that event.... just in case.
