The only two reasons we have been flatlining since Mundane Monday are:
- Existing IIs selling
- Yanks buying roughly the same amount.
- PIs doing the same at a lower scale.

Overall, the volumes have been extremely low so far, which made it easy to sit through the downswings.

On no further news there will be a point where existing IIs have crystallised enough gains and are no longer selling, or the yanks bought enough to satisfy their greed. Hopefully, we'll get major news before that. In normal times, any big news woudl have called for a 6-12 months wait, but covid pandemic does speed these things up to warp speed.

Ghia - yes, that is my understanding too. You'll be paying cash to yourself for the shares you own. That's why markets tend to go crazy as soon as it looks like someone's stocking up. I am surprised this hasn't happened here already, but I guess it is down to old IIs selling.

Steady - if they continue to buy on open market, there will be a point where sp goes batsh.t crazy.
So far sp has been static because old IIs are selling off, while the yanks are hoovering up.
The more they own, the mote upwards pressure there will be on sp.

They can always just make an offer to buy the entire thing though and we won't be going for anything near the current mcap.

I doubt it will 100bag in the morning.
- Director was just allowed to buy shares a couple of days ago - could he possibly have done that if VAL were about to RNS some amazing news?
- Massive placing overhang not fully cleared imho.

Personally, I'll wait for sp to pull back to 9p before reentering. Good company if new management play it right. Not the best entry point imho. Trade it 'till it hurts and hope you get to be in position when RNS lands.
