There are 2 paragraphs in the last GGP release which tell us where they are up to & what to expect from these next results.

"The Infill Drilling results (as reported on the 11 March 2021) include 26 drill holes (completed since
the release dated 28 January 2021) from infill drilling of the South East Crescent and adjacent Breccia
Zone. These 26 holes complete a 43 hole infill drill programme (to a nominal 50m by 50m drill spacing)
designed to support the potential delivery of an Indicated Mineral Resource estimate in the upper
320m (vertical) of the initial Inferred Mineral Resource estimate defined over the South East Crescent
Zone and adjacent Breccia Zone, and associated studies."

So the infill drilling was completed and that will be used to generate an indicated resource in the upper 320m of the Crescent zone and adjacent breccia. Therefore I don't think they will be including the bits of the Northern breccia that was in the inferred resource at this time.

"Currently, all drill rigs are operational on the Growth Drilling programme with a focus on the North
West Crescent, Northern Breccia Zone and depth extension of the South East Crescent and Breccia.
This drilling is aimed to provide support for the potential expansion of the existing Inferred Mineral
Resource estimate. Drill testing and interpretation of the geological and mineralisation controls of the
Eastern Breccia Zone is ongoing.
Further targets outside of Havieron, but within the Havieron Joint Venture area, have been identified
with the potential to conduct drilling to test these targets in the future."

So this shows the plan for the additional 45km of drilling which NCM have said would be targeted to be completed by the end of June. Some of this will be used to add to the initial inferred resource and some of it will be used to probe the edges of the Eastern breccia, which makes sense when we see the step-out holes to the NE. They have specifically stated that they will be testing the SE Crescent zone at greater depths though so that is something to look forward to.

Bamps is correct I feel, in that the additional targets that they speak about will be part of the next drilling campaign which should be after this one is completed. Personally I think there will be a lot of results in both this report and in the next quarterly at the end of July - looking forward to it immensely.

Hi @Adz2020 - I'm not a mining expert by any stretch of the imagination but I know they will have a system to grade the ore before it leaves Havieron or when it is received at Telfer and they will monitor how much of the Havieron ore is mixed with the Telfer ore.

Apparently toll processing of ore through a plant is quite a common occurrence in mining so there are tried & tested procedures that both parties will be signed up to.

Perfect storm with the global money printing scenario for gold & the the new green deal for copper / cobalt also.

Just checked on the GGP financial report and the options that Callum exercised today didn't expire until Sept 2022.

Seems like a smart move on his part to minimise CGT if he is expecting this to be the lowest the SP will be between now and then - I wonder what Callum might know that would give him that impression.......

Another £280K into the drilling budget - Callum's interests become even more aligned with the shareholders - what's not to like.

If you skip into 39 mins you can watch the presentation video from Callum & Fraser - there are some nice pics of the site and good insights into the process that they went through when they discovered Havieron and Fraser drops a couple of nice nuggets about the 3D inversion models that they formulated very early in the process that gave them the confidence to take the initial decision to invest - makes me think they must be pretty confident about these additional targets they keep on mentioning........

Yip - looking forward to hearing Shaun lay out his vision for GGP and where he sees us heading in the next few years. He's been presenting to the funds & institutions since he has been in the job so great that we are getting the opportunity to listen to him.
Hopefully he will be able to discuss an even larger Havieron footprint after the June update but it's his multi-asset approach that I am most looking forward to hearing him talk about.

campers, I hope everyone is well today. That was a beautiful long weekend away from work and the GGP merry-go-round. I'm back at it today and great to see that things are building nicely as expected on both the Gold/Silver & GGP fronts.

Looking forward to seeing the fun & games play out over the next week - can't wait until next Wednesday night when we start to get a good feel for how the breccias are shaping up and hopefully a progress report on the decline development.

Not a hope in hell of that happening @Redtrader IMO. Looking at the intersects that they have been getting in the breccias, especially as they go deeper. Add to that the fact we can still see them continually stepping-out and Sandeep's comments about how every hole is hitting gold.

All the clues are there - nothing in life is 100% certain but I'm pretty sure we are going to end up with a bulk mine at Havieron for decades to come.

Gervaise was a non exec director at MNRG up until September 2019 when he resigned to fully focus on GGP.

All the ventilation shafts are being done in the same manner WF. There will be 6 ventilation shafts in total - each one is 4.5m in diameter. If you check my posts from yesterday there is a link to a tweet that had the shafts and the escapeway highlight on the mining plan schematic.

@Sojourner - nice video mate - that was 500feet in 10 days so not dissimilar to our 170m. That looks like solid rock that they were boring through there so the drilling through our Permian cover should be easier than that hopefully.

My advice is to trust in your research, switch off and enjoy the nice warm weather. If after carrying out your research you are still not happy then best to either cut your losses or bank your profits and sell up.

Just having another look at the mine plan earlier today. There is a lovely 3D drawing of the decline which shows the details of the decline and you can also see the 6 x 4.5 metre ventilation shafts and the location of the 1.2 metre escapeway. The vent and the escapeway that both come to the surface are located near the end of the straight run of the decline - just at the top of the first spiral.

The text on the next page says that the escapeway will be 170m deep and we can assume that the ventilation shaft (which is in the same vicinity) will be a similar length. They also state that the shafts will be completed using a "raise boring" technique. This is where a rig is position above the shaft at surface - this then drills a pilot hole into a receiving chamber which will be excavated during the decline. The crew then take a boring tool the diameter of the hole and attached it to the pilot string and the rig "pulls" the boring bit back up to surface. Here's a video that shows the process -

You can see that a pretty decent concrete pad needs to be prepared to site the machine that will bring the drill bit back to surface.

Now I've worked out from the plan that the length of decline to get to the top of the spiral is somewhere between 750 - 800 metres, they are already 2 weeks into the decline so I think we should probably see them start to prepare the ground in that area ready for the rig. They will have temporary ventilation ducts running along the roof of the tunnel as they go - these can be dispensed with once the first ventilation shaft is complete but that can't be started until the decline gets to the required depth and position - another reason for them to make as much haste as possible.
