Some interesting comments on the geology of the area and the surveys they are using and a nice mention of GGP and Havieron right at the end.

I saw some posts from Rup earlier on asking reddirt about his opinions for the rest of HAD011.

I just looked back at his posting history and hasn't noticed before but jumped out at me re-reading it. On the 24th July he posted the following

Wouldn't be surprised if a RNS confirms mineralization extends downhole of a couple of GGp holes ie Newcrest has re entered existing holes and drilled deeper to confirm extensions at depth. Would make sense to me to see how deep this baby goes. (relatively quick and cheap too) ... GLA.

Spot on "again" but notice how he says a couple of GGP holes..... Whereas we just had the extension to HAD006 reported - could we be getting results from another hole extension and the remainder of HAD011 soon?

Hi Mudeye,
I can't remember exactly where the CEO said it (think it might have been in his last presentation when asked about the economics of the Red Chris offer) but he mentioned that Newcrest worked on $1200 gold price when assessing the viability of an offer.
Obviously that was before the recent jump in price so I don't know if that would affect things.

I would guess that the increase in good price might affect the cut off grade though as lesser grade ore would still be economical to process??

I understand where your coming from - I did a couple of months in the US at the Tesla factory on the Model 3 last year and there's no way I would buy one of those!!!!
I think Porsche will get it right - I also like the look of the new Polestar 2 (Volvo).

Not yet Spy, but if things work out here I like the look of the Porsche Taycan that's being released next year.

Gold spot price now $1496 and futures for Dec are at $1507 --- news probably next week now -- all the duckies lining up nicely.

Also agree that it's unusual for GH not too tweet any comment on the Newcrest presentation - he did retweet the Newcrest one but keeping radio silence at the minute.

Yes I do check the discussions on there must days and they are very concise and to the point. Seems a lot on there link to Twitter posts also - dues no harm to check all these sources.

Doesn't mention Hav or GGP directly but talks about having a low cost of production as a hedge against falling gold prices - I'm sure he'd be happy to lower the production costs at Telfer..

No, no, no Mark - Black Hills is a separate licence as is the Paterson Range East.

Scallywag is another target within the Havieron licence but not covered by the farm in agreement.

Panorama and Firetower are other advanced licences with multiple targets.

Come on - you can't have researched that much....

I'm booking my ticket for next year (provided GH does the business) - sounds like my kind of conference.... I wonder if the Guinness is any good out there lol.

GGP obviously don't "officially" know what's down there until Newcrest tell them as they are in control of the assays.

Somebody is losing up on the cheap today... Wish I had some more ammunition.

Another thing - every other year up to now we get tweets from both GH & GGP accounts about attending diggers & dealers and his much they are looking forward to meeting the industry players.

I can't for one second believe that GH is not there this year with all the projects that he has got on the go - especially the ones outside the Paterson that NC don't have first refusal on.

Why would he keep radio silence on his attendance? - then we find out yesterday that the Newcrest CEO has also attended the event but unannounced - coincidence????
