At an average grade of 1.75g/t - you would be including the 0.5-0.8 g/t Au equivalent from the copper credits - that would mean we would ONLY be looking for 1.25g/t Au - if I'm reading your theory correctly.
Surely we must be in that ballpark already - Numis came up with a figure of 60Mt back in August in their original broker note and we've had a lot of successful step-outs since then - maybe now we are getting to the nitty gritty of why NCM are accelerating their program so rapidly at Havieron.

I found this review of a Kenworth road train tractor unit from 2104 - If you read down through the review they found the average fuel consumption to be 1.29L/Km so roughly 120Litres for the 90Km round trip

Hi Jersey - Interesting but just reading up on that conveyor - it can supply 3,400 tonnes per hour running at 25Km / hour.
That would work out at nearly 30Mtpa. Even if they could mine that much then there is no way Telfer could process it all.

I realise that you are just showing that it is technically feasible to do the conveyor system, I think hauling it is probably the most likely outcome. Like I said before the road will literally pass by Scallywag on the way to Havieron also.

Thanks Les - Sorry for bombarding you with questions but any idea of the payload on those road-trains and the sort of fuel burn per/km. I know the terrain is pretty flat out there (apart from the odd sand-dune).

Would those type of road trains be able to operate on a graded road or would they go the whole hog and construct a sealed road?
The good thing is the road to Havieron will pass right by Scallywag - just saying.....

I hope it doesn't end up like my family Christmas - otherwise we'll all be pi**ed and end up punching each others lights out lol.

I thought you gave an estimate before for the trucking costs to Telfer 45kms away but I've searched back and couldn't find it.

Would you have any idea roughly what the cost would be for every t/km.

Agreed Mickey - even a sniff of another JV will totally vindicate GH and the bod and confirm that GGP's model is finding the good stuff.

Can't see that happening Mickey. GH would be mad to let us go without knowing what's in all those untested targets in the Paterson Range East - unless NCM come in with 25-30p per share and that ain't happening either. There is no way the bean counters would sign off on something without doing their DD also.

Hi UR,
Type in DuckDuckGo in your browser of choice and open the duckduckgo browser. Now search for Telfer and open the maps tab on there. It uses Apple Maps instead of Google Maps and if you look for Havieron you can see in the same crystal clear images HAD001 - HAD009.
