By the way I'm not down on Scallywag either - I think it's got every chance of being just as big as Havieron - maybe with more copper credits but looking at the copper recovery and it's potential that's not a bad thing at all.

Nice idea Stout but I can't see NCM committing any cash until we put some holes in there first.

If we come up trumps on Scallywag though we will be negotiating from a stronger position IMO but that's at least 4-5 months away.

It's all about Havieron now in the short term - 12 more trading days to go now. Weather forecast looks settled for the next 10 days so I'd expect NCM are back to full steam ahead this week - let's see what the satellite update brings on Thursday.

Salpeties numbers look very enticing and I'm probably conservative with my dimensions but if somebody gave you a chance at 12Moz this time last year then you would have snapped their hand off.

Just shows how the anticipation has and expectation levels have changed in 12 months.

Jambo - I'm not a geo but my reading of it is the overall hole would be 122.9m @ 1.7 g/t Au, 0.36 Cu.

Included in that was a section of high grade for 14.6m @ 9.1g/t Au, 0.48% Cu.

Therefore the remaining 108m would be lower grade than the overall. I think this is where the High Grade Zones that NCM keep referring to are showing up. They said in the last release.

"To date the Havieron drilling has defined a series of higher-grade zones within a broad envelope of mineralisation.
Importantly, drillhole HAD023 has extended the footprint of the high grade mineralisation 100m to the north. Although
the results to date are highly encouraging, the project is still early stage. Infill and extension drilling continues with 6
drill rigs operating, aimed at defining geometric relationships and mineral continuity within the footprint of the
magnetic anomaly. Interpretation of results suggest the system is open to the north and at depth."

Obviously the more of these high grade zones the better for us - I guess this will decide what bulk mining method that NCM will ultimately use to extract the ore.

I haven't made any findings TBH Jonesy - it's just the drill holes viewed on Google Earth to give a perspective of the drill site and how work is progressing and the layout of the tenements, farm-in area, etc in relation to each other and Telfer.

No it's further south kempey - RIO own the tenement directly to the south and we've applied for the one below that. It is pending at the moment but I think there are 2 others in for it also - RIO and Carawine - not sure of the process for deciding who gets it TBF.

Oh yeah - I meant to say when you look at the historical holes in the Scallywag area TEA08004 is pretty much in the middle of the Kraken prospect that GGP identified earlier in the year.

You can use Google Earth to measure the distances between holes, boundaries, etc so you get a good idea of the layout of the site.

Spent a couple of hours today exporting the GGP tenements from the Aussie Gov site and importing them into Google Earth.

I then plotted all the current and historic drill collars and the NCM farm-in boundaries as well. If you download the .kml file from the following link you can either open it with Google Earth Pro or with the latest version of Google Chrome.

I've also included the tenement that GGP have applied for to the south of Havieron which is pending at the moment.

Strudel - I think that area with the concentrated white dots may be some sort of on-site compound where the drillers store equipment etc locally. That could be why we are seeing so much activity in that area.

I would imagine that you are right about the 4/5 machines on the go and I think we will see that ramp up over the next few weeks.
