Well guys that was a pretty good day all round. First day back at work for me so I couldn't keep up with all the posting but seemed pretty sensible stuff in the main.

Be prepared for lots of c**p over the next few weeks if this continues - we'll get the usual crew back in force.

Anyway I'll take 5% any day and looking good - next satellite update should be next Monday morning so hopefully a nice clear sky and plenty of new drill pads - now that would start the week off on the right foot.

Gold futures back up over $1530 now. Be interesting if this keeps up for a few weeks.

With the next set of results due at the end of January it's more likely to be a pump and pump this year.

Low to mid 30's with some rain forecast also - I hope it's not too cloudy when the satellite passes over.

Guys - I have been in contact with the Aussie Geo (Salpetie) from Hotcopper. He was very interested in the Corebox 3D model of Havieron. I have given him editing access to the model and he has done a lot of work on it over the last couple of weeks to make the higher grade zones stand out a little bit better.
He has also done some edits to the drill dips, azimuths, etc to better plot the actual drill paths as per the reported plans on the NCM updates and he has also added in the original drill results from the NCM drilling in the 90's.

The high grade gold is represented by the Zn and the high grade copper is represented by Ni. If you go to the cutoff control and adjust either to anything above zero it removes the original intercepts and allows you to see the high grade intercepts.

He has also tried to map the mafic dyke and this is represented by the Ag intercepts which are coloured Black & Red.

Interesting to have a play with the cut-off values and the 3D views.

Just had a quick count up - only 20 more trading days to the next NCM update.

I wonder how soon NCM will start to hit Havieron with the extra drills - I'll keep an eye on the satellites over the next couple of weeks.

That Scania V8 is a beast - look at this video - it can haul up to 292 tonnes with a 5-trailer set-up and the guy reckons the fuel efficiency for the tonnes hauled is a vast improvement.

A bit bored this morning so thought I'd have a look at the drilling that RIO are doing up on the Winu project.

Have a look at this - it's quite an impressive looking camp and if you follow the road down to the SE you can see the airstrip they have constructed in the break in the clouds.
Look at the pattern of the drilling in the centre also - I guess that's what we will hopefully be seeing at Havieron over the next 12months.
