Just had a chance to check out the satellite update from today in a little more detail,

Looks like a new 1/2 drill pad preps up in the NW sector just to the south of Lake Havieron.
There's also 1/2 drill pad preps in the centre following on from the HAD066 line and it's about 350m from HAD066.
2 of the previously prepared drill pads in the SW now have the black sumps on so we assume they are drilling there now.
There's been a lot of activity in the centre of the ore-body also so one assumes that the infill drilling is continuing apace.

Satellite image is up early today. Only on my phone so difficult to see too much but it looks to me like another step out in the NW just to the South of lake Havieron.

I'll check when I get in the PC in the next hour or so.

Guys n Gals,
Just having a look at the key dates and the presentations that they partook in last year on the Newcrest website and I would expect a pretty steady news-flow after the July 23rd update.

July 23rd - Quarterly Update
August 14th - Full Year Financial report (Sandeep webcast & questions)
Mid September - Interim Results
October 29th - Quarterly Update
November 11th - AGM

Also looking at the presentations that NCM took part in last year there were 3 in September including the Denver Gold Forum where Sandeep gave that great speech about Havieron.

Also the Diggers & Dealers which was in August last year has been rescheduled for 12th-14th October - now that would be a good place to announce the Havieron MRE to the world.

And last but not least GH is presenting at the CDF Discovery Day in the Netherlands on the 28th September.

All in all - plenty to look forward to especially when we start to hear some news about our other projects.

First time I've had a look today - work is keeping me busy.

I would echo the thoughts of everyone who thinks that this is definitely not stagnation - I remember logging on here in the summer of 2018 to see maybe 2 or 3 posts all day long and no movement on the SP for months on end.

Patience grasshopper - we all know the news cycle now, hopefully GH will have something to chuck a spanner in the MM works but if not chill out, enjoy the weather and take the opportunity to catch up with some work that has been put on the long finger.

Here's another interesting development on that Northern hole - This image was from the satellite on the 26th March. You can clearly see a bright line in the location where we can see the drill pad in the latest image - were they up in that area preparing the ground ready for the subsequent drill pad or perhaps they were there collecting survey data and then they decided to carry on and drill up there.

Gives me great confidence that they were up there 2 months ago and are now back there working again.

By the way WF - I'm not arguing the fact with you, I agree that we will 100% be concentrating on the main ore-body and the step-outs to the NW to find the limits of this main system.
It's a Brucie bonus to be finding these satellite deposits (if that's what they are) and the more of these we find the more secure we can be that Havieron is gonna be around for a long time and as you said it probably means the likelihood of a buy-out is becoming more remote with every hit as it will become almost impossible to value these 12 blocks.

I'm happy with this scenario - and I love chicken dinners.

Agreed WF - but remember Artemis will be coming at this same anomaly themselves from the other direction when they start their drilling campaign in July.

Now that would make things really interesting if they started getting hots on their side of the tenement boundary which is about 1.2km away from where that hole is positioned.

NCM would then be faced with a big decision as there would be a good possibility that it would extend the whole length of the fault line in that area.

Hi guys - spent a bit of time looking through this new satellite website at the weekend eos.com

It has a useful compare function where you can select two images and then use the slider to 'compare' for any changes. Have a look at this video I did which shows the amount of work Newcrest have done in the last month.

Interesting that they seem to be active to the South again and a significant step-out of about 800m to the North, might explain why the Artemis SP is getting a bit of support in the last week or so.

Hi kieffy - yes he was very careful not to recommend Greatland and I listened again this morning and he doesn't even mention Greatland by name at all. He concentrates more on Newcrest's efforts and Sandeep's words and statements.

He did seem to have a smile on his face as he said 'from the little I know about the story' - I think he knows plenty about the story.

Says he's never seen a major move on a project with a junior the way that Newcrest are at the moment - says it all really.

Hi trucky - sorry mate, I've just been dipping in and out all week due to work commitments.

I'm 100% in agreement with you mate - that's all it's gonna take now - plenty of patience.

Agreed DM - there seems to have been multiple disturbances to the South of the sand dune over the past month or so but they all seem to move pretty quickly - I was wondering whether it was survey work perhaps or shallow RC drilling where they didn't need the black polythene lined sump pits.
Whatever is going on down there - I'm sure it's positive and we will be hearing about it soon.

No worries EP - I'd say it's progressing 'very' nicely.

Someone posted the other day about the most important thing for the next boost to GGP's SP was TIME & more TIME. Can't remember who it was but IMO he/she was 100% correct. Havieron will look after it's self and GGP's interests now without any concerns from me - it's all about switching off and trying to be patient now.

I can see the new drill-pad in the NW as indicated by the nocturnal image earlier and also a new drill-pad in the SW region and there's been plenty of activity in the centre of the deposit where rigs have moved slightly IMO.

The latest SAR radar night satellite image is now available on the Sentinel website.

Looks to me like there is the possibility of a new drill rig in place in the NW - just to the East of Lake Havieron and the line of 3. Hopefully that will be confirmed later as we are due a day satellite update today also.

Launder, the ground level is roughly 200m above sea level at Havieron. If you look at the drill results table it gives the elevations for the drill collars.

So the deposit starts at 400m deep which is shown on the cross section as -200m.

Hi Schlemiel - if you read further down in the section titled Next Steps it says -

"Heritage Surveys to support commencement of this work are scheduled for late July - early August"

Lets hope that's because the local Martu are busy on our Heritage surveys prior to that.
