No surprises as I mentioned this morning expect more MM games. I'm sure we'll get all the 'good news was already factored in the price' nonsense in some of the research publications. So that means since the beginning of May last year and up until today, the price hasn't moved .

Just looking at the latest list and as mentioned on the other chat board, JP Morgan have increased their shareholding this month to 16,120,346 shares or just over 5% of the company so it remains that the largest 20 institutional shareholders of Foxtons are either US banks or hedge funds.

And just one reduction in holdings, oh dear Converium Capital whom were pushing for a sale of the company back in 2023 have reduced their by just over 3m shares.

Looks like they fell for that 20% manipulated drop back in October, I knew someone would fall for it and so did the market, easy money for them !!

As I've been saying on here top up on any drops if funds allow, I've added a few over the last year not big trades but loads of small ones to keep my holding rising steadily.

Best hold in ages and no need to worry, MM's have to make money by calling stocks up and down to make a living and to save their jobs so expect more of the same going forward.

Yep, finally the wider audience get to see the real fortunes of Foxtons and how it's going from strength to strength.

Nice outlook statement as well and with loads of UK property news this year expect 2025 to be an even better year for Foxtons if they survive the predators that is !!!

Okay, so we know it's going to be a corker but will Gittins finally deliver after his LinkedIn post or will we get the 'numbers are in line with market forecasts' nonsense for yet the umpteenth time !!

Annoying I know but we've all seen what those pesky US banks and hedge funds are up to and don't be shocked if they call the stock down in the morning citing something completely out of the blue to keep the price depressed.

More favourable conditions for the UK property market heading into 2025 and I will post something later this week that will be yet another feather in Foxtons cap this year.

Again, nothing new as I mentioned last year that US banks and private equity are buying up UK properties for the rental sector.

Expect this continue as we see further US Dollar strength through market manipulation.
