You could be right, these Yank Banks and hedge funds could quite easily take ALL UK stocks down to a penny if they wanted to, being bankrolled by the FED and thus without any risk whatsoever. The UK market is just like a playstation game to them !

They have already wiped some 95% off the share price of Foxtons from their highs back in 2014/15 and at 58p Foxtons are still some 86% off that level despite just registering their best financial performance in some ten years.

The latest accounts published draws a line under that Bloomberg/JP Morgan report, expertly worded by the Foxtons management whom had no option but to publicly announce that their internal procedures were being stepped up markedly as a consequence.

That draws a line under the sand.

ISA money coming in, so nice of Mr. market to take down the stock to yet another low for the year !

Even a blindfolded cyclops could see that coming :)

I've already told them it's all going into Foxtons, so with a bit of luck we'll see more manipulation to a new low of the year so I can pick up even more cheap

shares.

Yet another trading statement in a few days and will further highlight Foxtons impressive turnaround in the last two years although expect the vegan sausage roll report to appear on Bloomberg or in in the Times newspaper.

I'll be premium quality compost within the next ten years with a stop loss of 70p !

Just got confirmation of my purchase of more ITV shares this morning and wasn't shafted at this morning's high for a change 😁

Nice round average now at 80p.

Yep, she's proved all the doubters wrong with ITVx but sadly she'll be the victim of her own success. These US banks and hedge funds will want ITV and ITVx for their own and after all the hard graft especially over the last three years or so it will be a case of ' thank you for all your hard endeavours here at ITV and we wish you every success in the future '.

Ruthless, I know but this is how these banks and hedge funds work !

Today felt very much that those pesky hedge funds and US Banks were hunting for shares right across the board, stocks down huge until lunchtime then all of a sudden nothing.

Then come the afternoon most stocks rallied to cut their losses or even registered gains.

Big U/T for some 6m shares.

More and more American influence with ITV and with McCall heading for the exit shortly now her contract is up, there's more money to be saved here, expired worthless share options and no redundancy pay to fork out !

Down a couple of pennies since my buys, not bothered at all. Pension money in tomorrow as its the last Friday of the month so picking up a few more shares.

Sold some of my Gold ETFs, it's been a cracking run for the last eighteen months or so but I feel if the $3000 level is broken we could be looking at 10-20% correction by the Summer.

You could be right, let's be honest this market is a lottery nowadays, stocks go up on profit warnings and down on exceptional results !!

But just take a look at the ITV share price movement after the results and just before the last FTSE indices weightings revision in March and then look at the price movement since.

I get the impression that the market did not want index trackers or the like to to get their hands on bundles of shares but I could be wrong of course.

Time will tell !!
