I agree but if you have hung on this long....why bail out now? I think it's 50/50 but just can't see the English court order not been followed other than if there a dodgy pay off behind the scenes now one knows about? Time is the killer here....

I'm lost why people would sell any of their shares in this company when a 100-1000% rise could happen at any time?....,there no other share out there that can give you this option so soon.

What disappoints me is that the Man in Mozwho we was so jolly about including him in a RNS has since vanished from view!, we have not 1 single update to say how he is getting on what has he done etc and considering we aim to off load a sizeable lump to him if successful you would have thought regular updates on the web site at the least it would appear there he has hit the same brick wall as the BOD, now if we are waiting on the courts to decide then we was in that position b4 we appointed the man in Moz so what was the whole point in doing that? In reality it's stuck in the high court and will be know when they wish it to be known not sure the man in Moz will be getting paid at this rate

My mail was answered by their communications officer direct....there's no news from them as there's nothing to report, the first you will know is a spike on here how people find out b4 a RNS is the mystery of share trading! If shares trade beyond 10 M buys news won't be far behind

Been like this for a few years, I do think that the decision will be soon purely based upon the funds been raised to keep the co afloat, the co won't survive another yr of nothing without another dilution at that point the confindence would probably go, I still think it's 50/50 but worth hanging in there till the lights are either turned off or upgraded to chandeliers
