I can’t see them coming back, purely because they have already authorised and stamped the sale and movement of ownership to another company, to go back on that would make them look very silly indeed, they would then open the door for the Chinese to complain that they had authorised the legal transfer of the share, if it wasn’t legal, then they wouldn’t have transferred it. IMO the Moz gov has gone on what the highest court have said, which is that PFP has no valid claim to the shares anymore, however, that doesn’t mean that PFP hasn’t been robbed previously and are owed some form of compensation, the sale of the shares to the Chinese will have to have been stamped and authorised by the Moz gov, they may state that the shares weren’t legally owned by PFP at the time of this sale, BUT they may well admit that PFP should have been rewarded in some of that cash sale, therefore they may well offer PFP some form of compensation from the actually cash sale that the Moz gov got or will get from the sale of those shares thus reducing the amount that the general or who ever claims to own them or claimed to own them, as I see it we are looking at a slice of the sale monies the Chinese paid as compo as our only cash in, I’d be very surprised if these share ever end up back with PFP
