We all have a long wait and many months to go yet, the licences in my opinion are gone, best we can hope for is compensation, don’t see how they can come back when under new ownership if that was to be changed the nee owner could also begin a claim it’s a real mess now which isn’t getting sorted soon

Some of these trades are ridiculous 4,000 shares at £20 etc do they actually need to report such low trades?

Seems after the flurry of positive statements and director buys we have once again gone into the quiet zone....you would have though that the BOD would be keen to crack on with at least the claim for £1M court fees at the very least

It’s a long wait for an answer which is unknown. I agree PFP will never mine that land ever, compensation is the outcome here I can’t see anything else likely apart from obviously we could end up with nothing

Over the last couple of years I have just accepted that one day we will find out I’m sure there’s a long journey left and the Moz government won’t make this easy but it seems to be a long drawn out process and only those that are willing to wait it out will be rewarded

As I understand news could drop within 30 days, this wouldn’t be an issue for the buys as long as it was proved it was ‘unexpected’ news etc

The time frame that’s been bounced about is 1-4 years for the BIT claim, the court cost claim I would suspect 6-12 months on that

Could do with a board update there’s no idea what direction we are

im a LTH and have a few million shares, im hoping for the 7P outcome at least, i was hopeful by now we would be underway with the recovery of the £1M court cost action, that would certainly boost the shares
