It’s all positive but I often wonder how this is allowed, he obviously has inside info but is still allowed to buy shares

CEO buying another 3M shares clearly he can see the progress been made and it most be positive as he wouldn’t shove his own money in if it’s all going to pot!

No updates yet!...,which way are we going?.....BIT claim or do we have any movement on the law firm instruction?...this silence could go on for months I’m afraid.....the longer the silence the less hope I have of this ever been resolved in my lifetime and I’m only 40!

I remember this time last year when we all hoped a big announcement was on and it was boom time.....another year later and we still wait, I wonder if this time next year it will be the same ?

It all reads good in that what has happened to PFP needs to be undone and resolved by them, the problem is will they do it!

I’m interested in the process, do they just write to them and say hey you need to talk to us by a certain date otherwise we start the process?, or do they guns all in and just start the process...how do that start etc and I’m assuming they need to inform the market on its progress

This legal challenge could take a while looking at previous cases between 2-5 years! This is a share that you will just have to keep and hope and visit every 6 months, I’m happy with my holding but even if this price drops to 0.1 I still won’t buy anymore

I think it’s something to do with the notes I’m sure I’ve read somewhere they changed the reporting date to 3rd November not sure why it’s reporters later etc tho

Too many selling today on the basis of that RNS for my liking, as others have said probably bad news around the corner rather than the deal we all hope for, however with directors and Align pumping money in, does give me some confidence that there’s something to keep going with, it would be good to know if Align still stand at 7p for any sort of deal? The ‘imminent ‘ word got me this morning, that’s to me means within 2 weeks or less something will be announced longer than that it stinks of smoke screens and big curtains AKA Wizard of OZ stuff
