They have probably started to dump shares on the quiet leaving us lot to rot

The deal is probably dead

We have 20 days to finally sort this out......can’t see any extension to any agreement after close of. Business on the 20th December 2019.

One way or another this company should deliver an answer by then

Nothing about this share is good at the mo, I’m almost at my stop loss now so will start to dump all my shares if this goes to 1p I assume others probably have the same stop loss

Absolutely bang on, we know at some point we will get shafted for a % of our shares, we understand that, but to keep us in the dark for so long is becoming very annoying

Like all shareholders in PFP I’m wondering where this is actually going, I don’t understand why we haven’t had a more detailed explanation of why we have had to extend the deal deadline just by saying they are still talking doesn’t wash with me, are they close if so how close why couldn’t they close the deal in the deadline time has something changed?...it would have been nice for them to give a more detailed explanation of why it’s been extended apart from they haven’t quite got to the point of any agreement yet so I’m fact it’s not even at 50%

this should bust 2P if what Richie is saying its a min 3P its mad not to buy these shares up now.

Someone must have £15k spare as that’s a massive buy for this share where it sits at the mo...

This side of summer statement is now way off...tells me it was close but something has gone wrong

We all know that if a deal was close then there would be a leak and shares would climb, clearly if there is a deal it’s not anywhere close enough for someone to say it’s a Defo goer.

I still think this share is 50/50 although if a deal is done we will be lucky to get 30% of our pot valuation but something is better than nothing, there has to be a dilution in the deal otherwise it’s just can’t happen

The Moz courts is in file 13 ( the bin) now and your more likely to see a moon landing before the Moz court decision in our favour

Can some please explain to me, when PFP run out of money again, which they will, they will raise money by issuing more shares..I think that’s how it works. This dilutes is all, can someone explain how many times they are allowed to do this before some steps in and says no more share issues, otherwise this could go on and on in this way.

I just don’t understand the lack of an RNS to update the deal, it’s expired and I am assuming it’s dead, if it’s not and it’s getting renewed then where is the info?, should have some info either way, sometimes our CEO and the rest of the circus is a pure let down to all shareholders

Well where is the RNS to the market?, has it been extended or cancelled?, the running of PFP is becoming a joke...
