Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
I don’t think a deal is likely much as I don’t think the courts will ever be resolved I’m just not sure PFP has a future, let’s face it, is not really even a live company I’m amazed the shares haven’t been suspended yet
I’m worried not because of the share price, but the fact there is 2 full days left of AFG agreement, I can’t see that been positive now, there’s just no way they are going to land a signed agreement on the final day, any cancellation or extension of that agreement will be negative news, the BOD need to have a plan B in place for when the RNS comes out, the Moz court process looks hopeless now which doesn’t leave much left.....soon its a placement for more money to keep the lights on or let’s just call it a day RNS.....
It will be interesting to know from the speculation that’s flying about with certain ‘experts’ congratulating pfp holders etc what will happen at month end. If AFG have failed then the board has failed also, pinning hopes on something that quite frankly looks doomed from the start, I’ve always said the Moz courts would sort this out at some point in time
I think your right I can’t honestly see a positive RNS by month end but one which nearly states the deal hasn’t been done and AFG contract will not be renewed and we still await the Moz court ruling, that’s my gut feeling
