I agree the general hasn't even replied before so to announce they are talking is massive, this could be the only way forward from now, I'm disappointed the share price wasn't reflected in this as I consider this as major major new news

There doesn't seem to b any position to take anymore, it's clearly a punt and there's hardly any confidence about this share or company, I think most of us just want a resolution either way so we can move on, I'm at that point now where if it goes under at least I can move on and morn the losses

There has to be a point where you can't have a PLC selling shares in something they don't have. It's seems all we are doing is funding salaries and rent for people who over the last 12 months have done nothing really....and probably nothing the previous 12 months

Agree completely, the BOD has had no direction in the last 12 months and we are no further along, this so called expert clearly is a chancer who's been found out, at least he hasn't cost anything, suggest the chairman leaves by the exit door and takes his so called expert with him

Looks like people are bailing out prior to the RNS which looks more likely that further funding will be needed I think if you have hung on this long you might as well see it to the end what ever happens!

Not sure it can survive much longer I think the BOD seriously has to look at the reality of that this case may never be concluded in time, money is been paid out monthly and constantly runs out with very little in terms of options left now is the Moz gov now just delaying it to put PFP under?

these courts take so long and there no indication of any news this share just pops up with news at anytime on any day it's just sit tight and watch the price

Difficult question to answer however wen it was announced that the UK court found in path finders favour the share jump 1000% so it's at less than 1p now so there's the massive upside to holding these shares and Las Vegas or bust!

Anybody who dumps shares now at this last and final stage must be mad, it may take a while longer but if you can tell me a share that is so finely balanced to rocket 1000% like previously it did on licences been returned I'm all ears

This is dragging on I thought there would b at least some form of update from the board say it's still in court waiting to be heard or it's been heard and we await the decision Come BOD do something

I agree I think we have won but it's the oiling of the wheels behind the scenes that's going on I expect to be throwing £50 about in a month

If the board don't give an update soon the confidence will drain from this share and a serious dumping of shares will happen they need to update the share holders

Yes for those that didn't know we have entered the 6th year, 3rd Feb 2012 is when this dispute started.....slow wheels turning.....

That's all we want an update......can't see one coming unless it's defo news, I'd say based upon previous timescales waiting on news there will be a RNS by end of April 2017.
