Well anyone wanting to try their luck now is the time to buy in, me personally with t be investing anymore. Good luck if your buy more or if it’s your first time in. The odds I’d say are now 30-40% win in PFP favour, IF they can survive that long for the result.

I like a good punt, but anyone buying in after that RNS and based upon the Moz Courts must have money to lose, I’ve got a substantial holding but wouldn’t dream of adding to it, there’s no justification to even consider it, the court case has been ongoing so long now no one has a clue wen this will be resolved and we had our shares diluted and diluted, impossible to predict the outcome but I certainly would not sell now after all these years....I’d rather lose what I have and take the final gamble of the company.

This will all be sorted out within 6 months, either a court ruling either way or the company will cease to trade, there’s no way they can keep diluting shares the way they have done, there’s clearly no option but to sometimes call it a day.

Outch......that means that all the BS about talking to the General by the Rep we employed was all rubbish, clearly there is no out of court settlement ongoing or even close. It’s now down to the courts, based upon the previous lost hearing, I’m afraid the final door here may have been closed and locked now.

The next update will be when another placing is needed when funds run low, yesterday saw all sells which to be honest was fully expected, shareholders are slowly selling up, remaining holders are either long term so we stick it out or those that tried to make a fast buck on the assets been returned within a few weeks each time a rumour started.

I find it hard to understand why the Moz government is involved at all, if they want to be involved sort out the court case once and for all, they can’t loose they are in both camps.

This share has been the flip of a coin for over 3 years now, there’s no good or bad RNS, simply there 2 x RNS (1) is that the licences have been returned (2) pathfinder has gone bust or lost anything else is meaningless,

I hope it’s pre xmas I’ve held these so long I’m sure I’ve sent the general at least 6 xmas cards

I’d b surprised if there’s anything prior to xmas, I still think this is a few months away yet, I believe there no hope in the courts but the deal on the table is the best option, the general wont b rushed as he hasn’t been that bothered for nearly 4 years so another year won’t matter. Unfortunately for us investors that’s the worst deal as we will loose a chunk of our shares in the process, however, they ain’t worth ‘jack s**t’ at the mo so even after all this goes through, if indeed it does, we will have to hold for a while anyway.

What a crap RNS!, where’s the update there must b some movement from the last time?, so in a year we done nothing but lost another court case and put an offer on the table which isn’t signed! I feel for those investors in at 8/9p

Due to the total lack of information and respect for its shareholders the BOD are causing investors to take the hit and pull out. This clearly needs to be addressed by the BOD with some form of an update. The price will continue to fall as investors decide that there is no pot of gold on this rainbow and move elsewhere, purely down to poor communication from the BOD, the time it takes is so obscure its now becoming unbelievable to even think theres anything left to fight for.

News won't be far away now, they are down to the last pennies. If I'm right, I think I worked out by end of September they would run out of cash.
