Think the hedge fund will also put an additional £2m one year down the road. So in total £2m (Now) + £1.5m (PI Now) + £2m (HF 1 Year) = £5.5m

I'm hopeful the backer will be one of the new partners we have with the MOU's.
This would be great new and would show confidence that we will be going commercial soon

Lets face it we are in the dark as to what’s currently happening.
Personally I’m encouraged that while they are fundraising they still find the time to enter in new MOU.
Why would you do this if you think the company did not have a future.
I hope whatever news is coming on the funding it happens quickly and is of a decent size.

Just thinking about the current funding. The last funding was short of the goal (£500k) and no II came on board with any sizable stake. Not a lot has changed from an investment point of view with regards to the risk so will they still be having the same problem with II? What they maybe trying to do is encourage all there new MOU partners to take a stake. If they were doing this and were successful, it may de-risk the investment for the II. I've mentioned before VLS did this in July with both BA and Shell adding £2.8m to there £7m funding

These are the 2 main RNS’s I’m waiting for over the next 6 weeks
1) Quadrise is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a Services Agreement ("SA") with Aleph Commodities Ltd ("Aleph") to provide services to the Company for the use of MSAR® in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("KSA").
The SA provides Aleph with a success-based incentive structure,
• The first tranche of 5 million warrants will be awarded following signature, prior to the end of September 2019, of a disclosable project milestone in relation to the conclusion of an Memorandum of Understanding or similar with a KSA-based state owned organisation to initiate detailed planning activities for a pilot test for a commercial MSAR® trial in Saudi Arabia and will be exercisable for a period of 2 years from the date of the SA.

• The second tranche of 10 million warrants will be awarded following signature, during 2019, of a disclosable project milestone with associated agreements to commence a commercial MSAR® trial in KSA and will be exercisable for a period of 2 years from the date of the SA.

2) News on QFI funding. Really want to see an Institution lead funding which in the £5-£10m range

There been a commercial contract signed or a number of opportunities but nothing signed or running out of money no news?
