Indigo2015 We have all been very supportive for many many years....However we seem to be in a continues cycle of....Good news, possible commercial deal coming, raise some money, then delayed or cancelled...Year after year....Now it looks like we are in for another delay, funding oh and another great idea coming MSAR Green.....We all believe the story but as the years go by from time to time we need to vent a few frustrations

I really don't mind the top team of any public company having large packages. I don't mind Mike , Jason and Mark earning £600k plus 6,000,000 share options this year. However I do mind if they are NOT delivering commercial projects on time and are running out of cash again. If I was on the remuneration committee packages like these would be link to performance and not hope.
I must also say that I'm flabbergasted that MIke is our PR expert yet I have not seen one mainstream article ever praising the merits of QFI products....One example-their has been numerous article criticising how polluted the cruise and container shipping industry is, why are we not also in these articles showing the benefits our QFI's products and widening the audience and knowledge of our produces

In Q3 I really thought a number of these project finally were going to move forward with some speed. I also thought wrongly the BOD would manage our expectations better than pervious years and not let us down and have some Certainty on all the dated given. Additionally in this period ( Q3) Jason also added he thought 2 different marine LONO would be progressing in one of the VC calls. These both have disappeared as quick as they came.....Beginning to get disillusioned

I don't think its great getting updates via other companies RNS's ….A little disingenuous keeping back this information having promised it 4 Q4 2020.....Also not good with a funding just around the corner....Hope the BOD have some good news coming our way shortly rather than more delays and excuses.....Lets not forget its our money they are also playing with

In addition, as announced on 18 August 2020, following the restart of the POSP, Greenfield will be working with Quadrise, regarding a trial of Quadrise's MSAR® technology at the POSP. This will initially comprise the supply of oil samples produced by the POSP to Quadrise to enable them to undertake test work in the UK to finalise the required MSAR® formulations, before the planned on-site demonstration trial to produce some 600 barrels (100 tonnes) of MSAR® that is intended to be undertaken during Q1 2021.

Any thoughts on this?...…Shows me after years of waiting for QFI to do a commercial deal other ideas and technologies catch up and over take them......Very important that the BOD move forward with all their current opportunities. No delays, No excuses, No surprises....Just complete on time everything you have promised....Once this has been done I will get excited about the Green fuel

I posted the following in September:-

15 weeks to EOY what should happen by then in summary.
ICMG- Monocco Plant Trail Oct 2020 - Concurrent Larger trail plans to be submitted Sept 2020.
Greenfield- Phase 1 proof of concept Q4 2020.
Mexico- Redliner Multi refinery study will start in Q4 2020.
Marine Fuel- 2 shipping groups LONO both scheduled to sign Q4 2020 start trials Q1 2021.
KSA/Ecuador/Nouryou- No timeline however all active.
Looks like the next few months are going to be a game changer for QFI. I await many RNS announcements.

So based on the above we are all still waiting for a few more announcements. Hope all the above happens before Mike and Jason come back for additional money. I was hoping after their VERY generous options that all these would happen with speed still a few weeks to go....What do you think?

Posting of Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of AGM

Quadrise Fuels International plc (AIM: QFI) announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2020 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders. Both documents will be available from the Company's website at www.quadrisefuels.com shortly.

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12:00 noon on 27 November 2020 at the Company's registered office address at First Floor, Gillingham House, 38-44 Gillingham Street, London, SW1V 1HU.

As a result of measures introduced by the UK government to combat the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, shareholders are reminded that the AGM will be held as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be permitted to attend in person. Any shareholder that seeks to attend the AGM in person will not be permitted entry. Shareholders are therefore strongly encouraged to vote by proxy. The Company will convene the AGM with the minimum necessary quorum (which the Company will facilitate) and voting on each resolution at the AGM will be by poll and will include all valid proxy votes received. The format of the meeting will be purely functional and will comprise only the formal voting on the resolutions tabled.
To ensure that shareholders are still given the opportunity to ask questions, following the conclusion of the AGM, the Company will give a live online presentation via the Investor Meet Company ('IMC') platform on 27 November 2020 at 12.30pm GMT. Quadrise is pleased to provide an update on the Material Transfer & Cooperation Agreement (the "Agreement") with an international chemicals and mining group headquartered in Morocco (the "Client") announced on 29 November 2019.



Following the relaxation of Covid-19 restrictions, Quadrise was able to gain access to the Client's facility in October 2020 and is pleased to confirm that the pilot plant trial has now been completed by the combined Quadrise and Client project team.



Quadrise and the Client are now working jointly on detailed plans for a larger, industrial-scale MSAR® trial at another Client site, which is planned for early Q1 2021, ahead of the commercial scale phase 2 trials.



This new industrial-scale MSAR® trial is intended to further demonstrate the wider potential of MSAR® at another site ahead of the commercial scale trials already being planned under phase 2 of the Agreement. The study work for the Phase 2 trials was brought forward earlier this year and is now well advanced; and, together, with the new industrial scale trial further minimises the risk of delay to the overall programme.
