Over the last 4 months we have had approx. 30 RNS's NOT one with any earth shattering news

The first 500k looks like a buy ….the second a sell

Following on from the option grant, think we will have to wait at least a week or two for any news maybe longer.. The news will be worth while as the grant was at 7.5p

Many option grants vest over 1,2 or even 5 years. To me the important issue here is Mike and team getting the options granted before they are in multiple closed periods with the number of different prospects they are currently working with.

I understand the options could be issued at any price normally above the current SP. The group/committee which decide on the volume and price in addition to considering if the company is in a closed period would agree a price. If I was Mike I would have been asking for options at 3.5p and the committee would have push it up based on the companies near term prospects

Great signal in my book something is going to happen and soon. The board would not have issued these unless they really thought they would be in the money. At a 15p sp these would be worth £750,000 before tax. Wish them and all Shareholder good news before Christmas
