Does anyone know what initial and ongoing revenue this will generate ?

I'm also a LTH been very quiet the last couple of years with all the prior disappointments. However genuinely I believe the BOD have enough in the pipe line and finally will get something over the line this year. Been topping up over the last month and now have a decent seven figure holding love to see the SP moving up and recouping some of my large losses

Over the last few weeks and months the share price has not moved....
Their has been steady flow of purchases with no increase in price. IMO ITL have take every opportunity to dump shares and have been a major reason why the SP can never get any momentum upwards. Cant wait till they have dumped the remaining shares....

Agreement re Altalto….Assume their is only 3 shares in this company 1 each for Velocys/BA/Shell with both BA and Shell paying £1 for their share. If their was 1m shares in the Altalto company then BA and Shell would both paying £1 in total for 333,333 share.
Velocys has two fantastic world class partners helping funding this business forward. When it makes profits I guess Velocys will receive one third dividend or profits from this venture.

Can someone help me on the cash balances for 2020
At the start of 2020 Cash balance was £4.8m + BA/Shell £1m in May give £5.8
If they get all of the Red Rock deferral in H2 + £5.6m (ignoring the cost for this equipment) a 2020 Total cash of £11.4m
Annual burn £9.8m leave £1.6m before all the extra additional cost of Red Rock Equipment.

Have I missed something or will they be doing another funding?

I lost over £100k on VLS a number of years ago. Been keep an eye on the shares over the last few years waiting for the correct time to buy back in...After Fridays announcement I decided to buy back on Monday with an initially 150k shares. Does this mean £1 buys a third of a subsidiary so each company pay £1 so it has initial capital £3....or are they each paying £1 per share for a third of a subsidiary company ?

Lets sell the business to BP...….
New BP boss Bernard Looney has said he wants the company to sharply cut net carbon emissions by 2050 or sooner.
Mr Looney said the 111-year-old company needed to "reinvent" itself, a strategy that will include more investment in alternative energy.

Morning all.....I bought another 400,000 yesterday at 2.4p.
I decided, I'm giving the BOD till May-June to get the commercials moving otherwise I'm out, will sell my complete holding and move on after so many years. Have to draw a line somewhere.

I think the management team have had so long to sort this out and maybe they just don't have the contacts, pr skills or clout. Maybe worth while thinking of sell to an oil major or large shipping company before we miss the boat on everything?
