What is happening nearly 9 weeks since AGM No news, nothing.

It must be frustrating for you both however at least you know why their is a delay on all fronts, Morocco, Testing, Investment bank, MSC.....Etc.

Im sure you understand many loyal shareholders have been waiting and supportive for many years and in November to be told news is coming hopefully in December and now we are about to enter February its becoming very tedious and worrying.

Please could you ask your Nomad to grant some kind of update it would be very much appreciated by all. Plus I want to stop getting on line daily at 7am looking for an RNS!

Dont know what it is about AIM stocks but I have only 2 QED and VEL both Ive been waiting far to long for the promised orders. Seems to be a reoccurring issue delays on orders / signed contracts

My feeling new orders will come

Just put a couple of order in 50,000 shares and £10,500 order approx 30,000 so in Total 80,000 more just bought.

Fingers crossed some additional good news comes soon

Each day/week that passes the odds change on having to do a funding at the prevailing share price. Its obvious what we all want to happen and in which order. The next few days/weeks will surely reveal what is happening

It is ridiculous that time after time we are told something is happening just around the corner and It never does come through. We can all see the vision for all of the quadrise products I for one have been waiting far to long Jason and his team really need to deliver urgently what we have all been waiting for now.

I just hope the Investment bank which will be blatantly aware of the financial position the company is in does not use this as leverage to de-list and take all the upside in the future

Yes we all understand lawyers can take time getting everything sorted however Jason’s confidence in November at the AGM gave a very clear message (with his knowledge of what was happening) that December was the month when RNS’s would be published with updates for all.

The longer its takes to get this news the nearer we get to having no money to fund the business.

With the money running out by end of Feb/March a funding should happen now. However I’m sure additional money was required to get Valkor moving as its seems unlikely to happen this could extend this timeline by a few weeks either way. The MSC project agreements are with the counterparties lawyers, there were some delays over the holiday period at their end for various reasons which meant the December target was missed.

We will provide an update to shareholders in due course, we're following advice from our Nomad.

Following on from a very positive AGM with all your updates and some expected news in December. I can’t believe we are yet again now in the middle of January with no news or scheduled update, together with the worry of declining funds to finance the ongoing business.

It never seems to get any better!

Hoping all is good and both you and Andy have a master plan which is coming together.

I along with many others await in anticipation on what we hope will be a transforming year for the business.
