Perhaps. But there's no denying the near-limitless potential of Quadrise's technology, especially when the competition is few and far between.

I know its nailbiting times. However the feeling I have is QED will bring on an Investment-Strategic partner. They have known for sometime the cash will run out either Q1 or Q2 with/ without $1.5m. After the lasts funding with shortfalls I would not risk the future on a simular excerise only as last resort. Complicated ageements to neogotiate so may not have any news till Q1 just have to wait and see

If the money runs out Feb at a push March a funding will have to happen January.

Which is why the board seemed so confident that a number of solutions will be landing before this event is required.....Thats the impression I walked away with

Up early make a coffee sit by the computer till 7am in anticipation of an RNS with wonderful news......Unless something happens soon the only RNS will be about a funding.

100% agree. For QED its now about timing they need to get 1 or a number of projects or IB over the line otherwise they will have to do a funding of some sort soon

Its not looking good for any news this year....Approx 1 week left before everything starts to close down for Christmas

At the AGM The first question I asked in Q&A was about QED running out of money should Valkor not happen before February 2024. I was reassured by the answer, they seemed confident the Investment bank was coming good and the general impression I had was they had an alternative available should the IB not come good in time.

What would be welcome is good news on Valkor imminently this week, followed by further good news on a high SP following Valkor from the IB next week. Nail biting time for the BOD should this not happen in December I would suggest we will see a funding round early January latest

Ive just re-read the the cash run-out situation and June is based on $1.5m, I thought it was on just the inital $1m from Valkor. So the additional $1.5m (£1,197,000) assuming Mid June...... money runs out at the begining of Febuary with their current burn rate so that would be 7-8 weeks from now. I hope their are getting all their ducks in a row

They have stated with the $1m they will run out in May. Work backwards with the $1m (£796,000) deduct QED burn rate and you end up with Feb.
