The BOD have a number of options all of which are intlinked.

They are hoping Valkor raise $15m in which case QED may have $1m sometime in the few month shortly followed by another payment of $.5m. If this happens the BOD have enough money till May 2024 if it does not then QED's money runs out Circ Febuary 2024 (about 10 weeks).

The BOD however have engaged with an Investment bank to get a strategic Investor on board if successful and happens before Febuary maybe a placing will not be required. We just dont know until Terms/partnership/news happens. What we do know and hope is that loads of news is imminent and could have an effect on the above....Just sit back wait and watch

So to anaswer your question I think quickly the SP will go north of 10p and if real momentum get behind the story good PR loads of buy orders from both II and PI could even go to 20p.....What do you think

It will happen when it happens. No point in over analysing what Jason said. Should not lose any sleep if its not on time, its going to happen soon. Dont forget other parties have their know agendas and timelines.

Ok so it looks like the news flow is happening as jason suggested. Just placed a couple of orders one for £7,000 no clue to how many shares this will be and 900,000 should help support the SP
