The cash at £1.7m Jan burn rate of say £200k by end of April £900k + £2.5 from funding less costs, £3.25m at a guess May onwards thats positive

All project still live new plausible timeline.

Both Central America and SE Asia moving forward.

I think its a beliverble update, resonable funding for the next period. I know yet again everything has moved on the timeline, but we are so near It get a thumbs up from me

So we no for sure the BOD are running out of money soon...

I get comfort that they have not already come to the market which they should have done based on the dwindling cash reserves even with being prudent, which if correct I hope means they have another plan which they are working on.

I hope its someone big (Major) buying into the future with either massive investment or takeout both of which would require significant due dilligence.

However whatever they are upto its risky because if it fall through they have to come back to us with a dead story cap in hand...

Thats an encouraging update, however what happening on the new business wins?

Or Cargill and MSC to take a post announcement equal £X million stake (for equity) send board representation in QED to ensure QED keep both companies interests to heart for the next 3 years towards 2030 net zero with bioMSARzero.

Main focus over the last couple of year commercialise the current projects. All deadline /Timeline missed on all projects over the last 2 years none at a commercial stage.

Management record on attracting II reasonable to poor, retaining their interest and investment very poor.

Current communication with PI very poor

Ability to raise additional funds questionable. Last round hugely undersubscribed

Performance of BOD very poor with the little information we have available.

Current share price sub 2p which will result in massive additional dilution should a funding route be taken

Current optimism for some shareholders always suggesting next month or next quarter everything will come good this has been going on for years to no avail

Recent AGM’s the BOD have always suggested its just about to happen stay with us.

Lack of urgency from each project is bewildering.

Yet I stay invested I love the story and what it could do for the environment.

Many have said I’m foolish supporting QED I hope they are wrong and soon

3-4 Years ago I would agree with you however over the last period we added (I'm Guessing ) 750,000,000+ extra share at less than 4p so I'm not so sure anymore but take your piont

I think somewhere around 25% discount +/- 5%

Should I wish to on what ever news is announced with a funding I now have additional free cash to invest at a lower price, some would say thats smart. If im wrong something else happens I still hold many millions of QED shares so im happy either way.

As I said a few days ago also I was over exposed anyway for a while waiting for news on MSC which clearly/sadly to date has not come...finger crossed it does and soon.

What are you talking about " Not being trusted" Can you not read old posts...I bought additional shares on what Jason and the BOD told us at the AGM and more recent IC and yet again its not coming true so I sold a small percentage of my holding whats the problem.

FYI a small loss on 2m share say a .0075 on each £15k loss is just offset against other large gains what your problem. Its called trading and buyibg and selling on news or the lack of news

In the last quarter last year I topped up buying a few million more shares adding to my holding. I understood from the AGM the projects were all going to happen/ good news within the preceding few month or even imminently. Sadly the BOD have failed to deliver on this again and I was a little over exposed and have sold a few. Others should do what they feel is best for them

Disappoiting is an understatement.

When is this team ever going to do anything to plan on time its a joke and Im getting very frustrated.

I know what everyone will say its going happen next week or this quarter but the facts are this has been going on for years with no results and the same comments for all. The managemnet team need to sort this out with speed.

Key projects:

Morocco: The industrial demonstration test of MSAR® and bioMSAR™ fuels at the client's site in Morocco was successfully completed, as announced on 22 November 2023. This was the first demonstration of bioMSAR™ in a commercial application and Quadrise is now preparing a technical report to submit to the client within the next month. The parties now look forward to entering into discussions for long-term commercial supply in conjunction with reaching an agreement for testing at other client sites to expand supply opportunities for MSAR®, and in the future, bioMSAR™ fuels.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED?

Marine: Agreements with project stakeholders covering the Proof-of-Concept and Letter Of No Objection ("LONO") commercial trials on bioMSAR™ with MSC Shipmanagement ("MSC") are expected to be concluded in December 2023. The agreements cover trial fuel production, supply, and logistics. Provided these and the relevant permits are concluded in time, Quadrise equipment will be installed and commissioned at the bunker terminal in Q1 2024, with the intention to commence the trials in early Q2 2024, in accordance with the latest vessel schedule shared by MSC recently.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED? ARE WE GOING TO HAVE FURTHER DALAYS?

US low carbon fuels: Quadrise understands that Valkor Technologies LLC ("Valkor") expects to conclude drilling permits and project financing relating to their primary project site in Utah by the end of the calendar year 2023. Provided a minimum of US$15 million is successfully raised by Valkor, under the terms of the Site License and Supply Agreement signed in June 2023, Valkor will pay Quadrise an initial US$1.0 million licence fee and a further US$0.5 million upon delivery of an MSAR® Manufacturing Unit to the project site in Utah.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED ? EVEN IN THE R&A'S as projected revenue.

This is becomming a joke we lissen, attend an AGM hear the update walk anyway happy then it never happens time and time again. Radio silance from the board on the important possible commercial stuff.
