Please can we have an update as to whether MSC is going to happen on schedule and what the current issue are. You just raised money from shareholders with the view this was imminent.

You seem to have excuse after excuse from lawyer on holiday / Easter / Could happen before end of March and so on

Shareholder patience is running thin with you and your teams inability to delivery anything commercial. You been busy for years to date we still have nothing to show for it.

Please get something over the line or give up and sell the business/Technology to an entity that can make good the MSAR’s products. We all need to move on.

£60m+ in 15 years with none of the management teams being able to deliver anything.

I can see it clearly now by the end of the year nothing delivered and a new emphasis being put on MSAR net Zero as a brilliant new wonder fuel with yet more years of development trials and funding.

Please prove me wrong and deliver something tangible NOW

Lets be honest we have all been invested in Quadrise for a few months, Year or many years, why becuase we can see the massive protential in MSAR and still can.

Sadly though the current and passed management teams to date have not succeeded in monetizing any products or projects to date. The lastest projects have lingard for far to long (years) although the little communication we recieve usually informs use that all the projects are still moving forward. It appears to me over the last year many unthought through hurdles have arisen (particularly MSC). Im personally thinking MSC / Cargill may be saying if the planned trials work it opens the door for Zero MSAR and are asking for some of the future action hear also....Just a thought. But whatever the hold-up is the QED Management team need to sort it out fast.

I really dont want yet another year nothing happening and more funding enough is enough.

The market either wants this or it does not.

The management team are paid well to get this done so get it done on time to schedule now. Concentrate resources on what you have promised. Please dont switch all the momentum onto the Zero MSAR development and in so doing have us all hanging around for another few years on the possibliity of a Zero Trail.

The issue we have Jason has now for approx 2 years implied the trail will happen in 6 months next quarter maybe in March. Lawyers having a holiday. Each time we think its about to happen but sadly never does . The last RNS told us nothing.

We all see huge upside however if Jason and the team cant get these projects over the line we will never see a penny.

to date there record is very poor and with this in mind you will see from time to time shareholders selling. I cant blame them

The yacht's fuel system and engines will be designed to run on fuels produced using the Company's bioMSAR™ Zero technology to combine CSO™ and other biofuels. Under the JDA, a land based testing programme to investigate the performance of both premixed and blend-on-board bioMSAR™ Zero solutions will be carried out prior to testing on board the yacht.

What are you both doing year after year promise after promise.

This is becoming a joke if whatever is stalling the trail is sortable get around a table and sort it however I suspect its a serious unplanned issue which is why you have not sorted it yet.

I feel yet again mislead by you both following numerous previous announcements.

Please restore Investor faith and get this sorted this week however I have little hope of this happening hence the RNS.

If their is a deal to be done and everyone is onside sit around a table and get it sorted. Otherwise a stalemate will just go on and on.

Well its better than no news and a step closer to revenue.

It will extend the latest time and date for receipt of completed Application Forms and payment in full under the Open Offer, or settlement of the relevant CREST instructions (as appropriate) from 11.00 a.m. on 5 April 2024 to 11.00 a.m. on 12 April 2024.
