What unforeseen issue did you not plan for when giving us these updates, its now mid-July you are burning through £200k+ plus per month still without giving shareholder any idea what has happened to derail your prior timelines on getting this trail started.

Do you think we will be in a better position around the AGM or will MSC trial still be in limbo the BOD knowing what’s happening and the shareholder guessing as to what’s the holdup, and the BOD keeping their finger crossed that we will support yet another funding next year?

We had a trading upday on the 26th July 2023 will we also get one next week?

Lets hope this keeps the senior team incentivized

Velocity announces that on 15 July 2024, the Board granted a total of 1,600,000 share options over Velocity ordinary shares of 0.25p each (the "Share Options") to certain directors, PDMRs and other members of the management team. These Share Options recognise each of their roles and responsibilities in developing and implementing the Company's strategic plans and are designed to continue to incentivise them appropriately.

The Share Options are exercisable at an exercise price of 41.5 pence per share, the share price at the time of grant.

The Share Options can be exercised after 2 years from the date of vesting and will vest each half year once a target EBITDA, set by the Remuneration Committee, has been achieved for the previous 12-month period. Once vested, the Share Options may be exercised at any time until the tenth anniversary of the award date. The Awards are subject to claw back and malus provisions.

In addition, 800,000 Share Options have been issued to ten members of the Management Team who report into the Executive team, and are key to the performance of the business.

Following the above grants the Company has a total of 3,299,365 Ordinary Shares currently under option, representing approximately 6.2 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL), the leading supplier of composite material kits to aerospace, has been notified that, on 12 July 2024, Jon Bridges, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife. Following this transfer, there is no change in the beneficial interest of shares in the Company of Jon Bridges.

In addition to this, the Company has been notified that, on 15 July 2024, Rob Smith, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at 43 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Rob Smith holds a beneficial interest in 20,000 Ordinary Shares

I cant believe its only 4-5 months till our next AGM. I was so hopeful at the last AGM that all the project were goign to be so much more advanced than they currently are by now. This was going to be the turning year for QED. I so hope you are correct with Morocco and Utah. I'll keep everything crossed that MSC moves forward with speed very soon.

I just wonder if the logistics are so large on the rolll out that many additional thought and items need to be worked through. Having said that I have no idea really.

It does seem though that the BOD team never seem to evalute the project risks and have no contingency planning evaluated into the timelines

Just taken a look at HE1 looks like its down 90% on the year what news are you hoping for? Wish QED also did a simular funding of £8m instead of keep coming back every year asking for small amounts.

March 18th Funding £2,500,000 on the back of all the good news flowing out of QED

Quadrise continues to work with MSC and project counterparties to conclude the binding agreement between Quadrise, MSC and Cargill in respect of Company's forthcoming vessel trials on board the MSC Leandra (the "Project Agreement").

Upon signing the Project Agreement, Quadrise equipment will be installed and commissioned at the MAC² facility in Antwerp prior to vessel trials. MAC² has already received the required operating permits for the installation of Quadrise equipment and has prepared the site ahead of time, therefore we are ready to move quickly once the Project Agreement is finalised.

Quadrise will provide a further update on the MSC vessel trial timetable following signature of the Project Agreement.

Effectively a holding statement. I would suggest its not going to happen in the next week or so otherwise why issue this RNS. 10 weeks on none the wiser. Fingers crossed it happens in Q3
