The impression I got earlier in the year was a very busy summer period with multiple good RNS's coming out. Everything was looking good. Im beinging to wonder are both Andy and Jason incompetent leaders. Do they have the skills to close deals minimize risk and negotiate compatently bring parties commercialy together .

They have very little /poor support from II so I guess they will need to take a different approach moving forward. Clearly a lot depends on the current news around Nov/Dec re the current projects. personal im not to focused on the Zero side its what is happening re the delivering of the commercial contracts

Fyoz incorrect its a $1m first follow by an additional $.5m so in total £1.250m however QED will have large cost associated the the equipement delivery so maybe £.8m in total, which will run the company for an additional 3 month Hardly worth shouting about.

Recently this is whats happened

In July 2023 the Company raised £1.94 million

April 2024 Subscription £1.5m

April 2024 Open Offer £1.0m

Burn rate £200-250k per month so March 2025 all funds will have been used.

No company waits till they have no funds so I would suggest Dec/January if no other news comes good there will be another funding.

I really don’t know how many times this management team can keep coming back raising money telling us it’s all going to happen and once they have the new funds delays and no news.

Zero development is burning £30k per month.

unless this management team can deliver some commercial soon or somehow convince me something solid is really in the making which will be transformational for the company. I will suggest at the AGM that they should sell the company and move on. This just cant keep going on like this
