Completely wrong im a very long term holder of QED. Have been very frustrated this year with QED and because they were not folowing through with their timelines this year I decided to de-risk some of my position. I was happy to finally get an update particularly on MSC which now has a new timeline which is relatively short. so Ive bought back in however will de-risk in the new year if the BOD have got it wrong again which I hope is not the case....Petty simple really Not rocket science

Upon signature, installation and commissioning of the Company's trial equipment at the MAC² terminal is planned in Q4 2024,

fuel production and the Proof-of-Concept tests commencing in early Q1 2025.

Morocco

Re all the SP posts dont worry about the current level and weather its up or down 1 or 2p......Its sort of irrelevant once we have 1 or more of these current projects signed and moving forward these prices will be history for ever.

So I guess the thought process is should I fill my boots now or wait until the first good RNS is pubished knowing others will follow.

Hope no one will be look back in the new year saying I just wih I bought more....

I had been worried over the last few months but mainly because of the complete lack of news (Radio Silence) additionally could not understand why the MSC trial/signing was so delayed with no concrete update.

Personally I was very happy yesterday with the update and on MSC " the parties are collaborating positively to finalise as soon as possible." This gave me comfort and Im keeping everything crossed that muliple updates will be published over the coming 3 months

AKHM. In recent weeks I have sold a few, Ive been waiting for news. If bad I would have sold some more however Im personally very happy with the update and as a consequence these 3 purchases are all mine.

If nothing ahppens by the new year I will be a seller again, however Im hoping that Jason has realy been careful on this last RNS and he's confident these timeline will/should happen subject to nothing disastrous happening. Time will tell if these purchases are a wise move

CEO, Director, Founder at Lafayette Energy Corp to ask what he thinks about QED and MSAR and did he think he would use it......

Thank you for your email. Your comments have been passed to the Board of Velocity. As you might expect, the Company cannot add anything further to its public statement in the HY results announcement, that Velocity has a large, qualified pipeline of potential contracts in the US and Europe of £200m. Due to the complex nature of aerospace manufacturing, these opportunities can take a long time to convert, but both the Board and its advisers agreed this statement was accurate based on the information available.

The recent RNS news was very unexpected having been told only in July the forecasted revenue for the year was £27m+ in line with prior announcments, now only 2 months on its £22.8m circ. Although you have given reasons for the shortfall I still see this as poor internal planning and hope you have learnt from it. Having good contingency planning and evaluate risks in your commercials properly.

The other issue which is building up is the compete lack of any new business from May 23 (18 months ago ) and subsequent presentations you have refered to your pipeline which has broadly stayed the same. May23 $250m+ June23 $295m+ Oct23 £295m+ Jan24 $245m+ July24 $245m+ The later 2 having taken off the additional growth.

Are these real live proposals/prospects which are taking an inordinate time to close, or are they just speculative proposals which have little hope of converting?

It will all be focused on bioMSAR? Zero. Few more years of development and it will be the new wonder product of all.

However the BOD have been stouting about their £250m+ of pipeline proposals for over a year and nothing has come in.

They need to de-risk only having a few large clients as we can see if one or more reduces they work flow has a massive effect on the business

Also not good is the complete lack of any news business. Lots of noise about £200M-£250M+ of strong proposals out in the market with a handful of manufactors but no conversion whats is happening?

. The Board have set a five-year target of achieving a contracted revenue of £100m and 10% EBITDA margin.

So in five years if the PE was 12 (my guess) that would give a market cap of £120m which is 5.3 times todays market cap so the sp would be approx £2.30

Once Velocity is profitable and hopefully with additional contracts what PE will it attract?
