Jlpp. No matter how much you think of a company and its investment potential, it is absolutely crazy to hold 80% of one's portfolio in 1 share.
I was working as financial adviser in Coventry at the beginning of this century and came across a number of people who had lost nearly all their savings in Marconi, previously run by Lord Weinstock as GEC. Many were employees who believed in their company and took up discounted share options. One was holding back tears as he told me his £50k nest egg was worth £500.
And here's me thinking I am overweight at 33% in Jubilee.

The plan I'm working to, BS, is a share price at year end of 7p+. That's all that counts. If it's still at the 3p / 4p level, I'm out. Time and Tide wait for no man.

Off topic, just saw The Markles on the news. Ironic that Harry, facing having to play 2nd fiddle to William for the rest of his life, jumped ship a year ago and is now............playing 2nd fiddle for the rest of his life to the Duchess.

Tough but nice decision to have to make. With an average of 2.6p I am only around £3k down on covering the total cost of my Jubilee and BMR shares now.
Have thought about a top slice but I agree with others this has legs and am happy to let it ride.

Aug. Couldn't have put it better myself. This country had been badly let down by a bunch of treacherous Britain haters led by possibly the worst prime minister ever, the totally useless Theresa May.
For the remainers in charge to have had any credibility whatsoever, they should have said, "look guys we lost so we have to go along with the Democratic vote and make this work the best way possible for GB".
If they really believed the british people were too stupid to be given the vote and that if it would all go ti.ts up, they could have then come back 5 years later as the heroes of the hour to save us all. But instead they tried to end democracy and the result is the 11th hour cr.ap deal about to be foisted upon us. AIMHO

Yeah you could be mistaken for thinking he was a director of JLP rather than BMR. Thankfully I am in both so my losses on BMR are now well on the way to being covered.

It's not a question as to whether or not sp is rising. The point is it is holding, despite your earlier claims it would fall below the offer price. Personally I don't expect a big rise without news but am happy to see sp stable
