The latest news has been really encouraging. and I believe that there is a distinct possibility that the Norway Project is the acquisition quoted to be in late stages of due diligence and negotiations. This would make sense, in that Norway can be quickly be put into production so the pre -finance and off take agreements may already assessed. This also gives Posseht a useful foothold foot to be part of TYM's projects/licences further down the line and for TYM to become an important miner. Seems a marriage made in heaven.

I believe that there must be something significant in SEV's video streaming. I posted just one of Gurtam's solutions. I'm sure the streaming could have multiple end users. Perhaps Gurtam will take up interest in SEV's superior offering. Then who knows where this will lead.

The EGM will be the next trigger - given resolutions are passed Cascade, can, if they wish purchase the additional Options up to $4M in two tranches. From the wording in the RNS it says "exercisable by" 20th October 2017 and 29th September 2018. As it stands I see no reason why Cascade if necessary are in the position to acquire these $4M options before the last due dates. Given, in the RNS SEV explained that they waited for Cascade to pay the second $1M before any future announcement (hence the delay) Cascade must have been privy to the cash constraints created by shortfall in expected revenues. They must have also been aware of the future prospects in the pipeline.
