ALL is divisible quarter's. Why would a dilution of 50% of the total share capital to raise their share of costs on one licence make sense? Sell down 50% of the 50% interest, have a free carry and move on to farm down further licences... which Shell will most certainly be interested in.

So no placing required .. and a poss 22.5 mboe. This is why the co suggested various methods for funding..... not always about placings!!

It is obvious from the financial and percentage symmetries that Cluff will farm out 25% of their 50% for the $6.25m (25%) needed for their contribution towards the $25m. This would leave Cluff with a quarter of resources with a free carry. I'm happy with that.
