My question was " in the RNS it stated 90 days?" "Is this 90 days or 90 working days?". This should not be market sensitive.

I spoke to investor relations,a week ago, said they would look onto it and get back to me....guess what?

Not so sure about working days. I can see no mention of this specific detail anywhere unfortunately.

If marlet protocol is adhered then this delay must be the FDA 's delay to their 90 day commitment.

If more info from the Co has been requested or application rejected then a market news release would be required.

One can only assume the FDA are behind schedule, something we are used to in UK!!

It's way past the maximum 90 day FDA decision making protocol. Could it be 90 working days? If so then we have nearly another month to wait.

The late FDA orphan drug decision appears to create panic selling.....time will tell if they've correctly anticipated it's going to be bad news

I'm more interested in the formulab intranasal FDA orphan drug application filed on 13 may. We should hear within next 28 days (if within 90 day schedule is upheld)!!

If successful it should give sp a shot in the arm.

This is good news, I was getting concerned that a dilutive placing may be neccesary before orphan drug decision. If Tils gets a positive FDA award them the sp ought to be much, much higher than 1$ and the inevitable placing should therefore be a lot less dilutive. The good news appears to be on a roll.

We are heading to half way wait for FDA to make its decision. Sp appears to be strengthening, let's hope it's a good omen. Be interesting if it granted.....surely keep us above the magic dollar!!
