Barclays have ****ed me right off. I have no Tils certificate yet!!. Put in formal complaint. Took them 2 months to reply saying I told them I do not rely on them for corporate actions, which is absolute *******s because I've had many in the past dealt by them such as the Accu spin out.
Tils recommend shareholders contact their brokers so Barclays have fudged my complaint.
Any other out there for advice, such as moving brokers.

I'm pleased they intend to raise funds and not dilute again. The brothers obviously have targets and intend to pounce shortly. Agree the past few years of economic turmoil has presented opportunity to bag a good deal. I'm confident in the Green's. One of a few honest guys on the Aim market.

I've lodged a formal complaint to Barclays.
My Tils are in Smartinvestor acc and titled as delisting. They should have at least sorted out certificates a long time ago. Effectively I've been denied ownership and ability to trade if any opportunity arose. Be interesting in what they offer in compensation for their incompetence !!

It's about 65 grands worth at current exchange rates. Shows some blind faith I guess

I work out that 7 yrs at 4% compound on 190 comes to 250. That's without the Libor rates which are tiny but might make a few euros extra. Time will tell if Italy pays up.

The quandary surrounding CLON being asked to join the party I believe is not so much the injection of cash but Western Gas has its eyes on partnering CLON possibly for Ghana licence. Think about it, WG could have raised raised funds easily from other sources. CLON need a JV and this could be it to gain ratification after some 10yrs.

Having wasted about 2 yrs is TILS about to move forward following yesterday's presentation?
