These are trading on Nasdaq acmsy currently $0.15. Not sure this has been consolidated 20 for 1 yet. I flipping hope not otherwise my 37500 shares equal 1875 shares at 15 cents is only £211.46p. What a con.
Who has intentions of continuing this thread to monitor our investment?
If he's the head of sales then God help us....he so drab and boring I doubt he could sell free heating to eskimos.
Find it difficult to find more positives than negatives unfortunately. Even tonight's sp after hours is $1.....manipulation or what. I too will have sizable devaluation in my portfolio once relisted. Not happy. Really feeling mugged considering I bought in on the basis of moving from casino Aim onto the more regulated LSE. Rather ironic .
Sadly I'm now coming to a conclusion that this whole charade is a scam. Locking us out from dealing whilst the value of the company plummets is down right criminal. The plan maybe is to devalue to the point that its chucked off Nasdaq screwing us completely.

Tertiary Minerals PLC24 January 2008 www.tertiaryminerals.com 24 January 2008 TERTIARY MINERALS ACQUIRES MAJOR FLUORSPAR DEPOSIT IN SWEDEN • Deposit Defined By Drilling Over At Least 2.5 Sq.Km. & Has World Class Potential • International Fluorspar Market Facing Severe Supply Shortages • Drilling and Metallurgical Testwork To Start As Soon As Possible_____________________________________________________________ Tertiary Minerals plc ("Tertiary" or "the Company") is pleased to announce thatit has been awarded an exploration licence covering a major deposit of fluorsparnear Storuman in the Vasterbotten district of Northern Sweden.Fluorspar is the commercial name for the industrial mineral fluorite (calciumfluoride - chemical formula CaF2). It is the main industrial source of fluorinefor the manufacture of hydrofluoric acid and derivative fluorine chemicalsincluding refrigerants, PTFE (TeflonTM) and aluminium hydrofluoride, a flux usedin the reduction of alumina to aluminium. It is also used as a flux in steelmaking, in the ceramics industry and in the manufacture of nuclear fuel (uraniumhexafluoride). Fluorspar consumers, several of which are based in Europe, are facing criticalsupply shortages as traditional supplies from China are diverted to meet growingChinese domestic demand. China has recently imposed export quotas and exporttaxes to discourage export and thus ensure domestic supplies. The Storuman fluorite deposit was first evaluated by the Swedish GrTM?nges Groupin the 1970's when drilling, resource evaluation and metallurgical testwork wascarried out. Subsequently the GrTM?nges Group was taken over and broken up andthe Storuman discovery was largely forgotten. "It is only recently that we have been able to unearth the archived data thathas allowed us to find the deposit on the ground" commented Mr Cheetham,Executive Chairman of Tertiary Minerals plc. The Storuman deposit is a flat-lying sandstone-hosted replacement deposit. Ithas been defined by 39 diamond drill holes and extends over an area of at least2 km by 1.2 km where it is typically 3-10 m thick. No recent resource estimate has been made for the deposit. However, in 1974GrTM?nges documented an "ore reserve" of 12.5 million tonnes grading 13.3% CaF2.Of this, 37% fell within an open-pit designed by GrTM?nges, the rest beingreportedly mineable from underground. This estimate is not compliant with anycurrent resource or reserve code and should therefore only be used to indicatethat the tonnage potential of this deposit is very large.Granges drilling did not close off the deposit and it is open to expansion onthree sides along from, and away from, the trace of its outcrop along the sideof a hill. Some of the highest grade drill intersections having been made at theextremities of the drilled area e.g1 : Drill hole 26 : 3.4 m grading 23% CaF2 from 9.9 m depthDrill hole 34 : 15.2 m grading 14% CaF2 from 47.3 m depthDrill hole 38 : 3.0 m grading 20% CaF2 from 34.2
I think this has now become a binary situation, all or nothing
Couldn't bring myself to pile on even more worrying jigery pokery.
Sadly I now coming to the reality that this whole debacle is looking like a scam to take TILS private cheaply and with the investors cash from the last fund raise.
We were continuously given upbeat updates... red chip etc.
Then large fund raise at inflated share price followed by naff all apart from delisting from short lived LSE, then locked out whilst Nas falls to 1$ (or less resulting in rejection of Nas). Nothing done to halt continuously falling sp. Can now only envisage our capital carnage.
Worthless crap now wanting to acquire addiction businesses so they can destroy them too after another shafting fund raise.

You couldn't make it up ffs. Global cv19 pandemic and only 45,000 masks produced. On top of that they need larger premises to store more bull****.
The first thing the new BOD announced in their business reorginisation/strategy was that the mask side of the business would be essentially dumped. Twats have missed the boat again!!
You couldn't make it up !! Ffs
We a
re where we are at the moment. My point to the Government is this. We know that the technology is there. We know that relative costs are already coming down dramatically; we can see that from the MeyGen project in the Pentland Firth, for example. Here is the opportunity to get behind something that could be revolutionary, in terms of providing clean energy—baseload energy, as I mentioned—but also the ability to create a manufacturing industry. We can perhaps learn from the mistakes that were made with wind turbines, and ensure that we are not relying on other countries to provide the infrastructure that we need, because we can do this ourselves. There is a responsibility that we have here, now, today, to get behind this industry.
To me it feels the market is punishing TILS for what is appearing as jiggery poker by the directors flipping one way and then the other, whilst all the time our shares are fast becoming worthless without the ability to trade. Most will need to change broker just to really rub salt in the wounds!!
My smartinvestor now showing my accustem shares with no value. Suprised they're showing as Barclus don't deal in Nasdaq. Anyway at least I know I'm now the proud owner as yet valueless shares!!
My Smartinvestor acc shows my tils as delisting. Price 58.25p. Nothing about accustem. What a **** up. Its difficult to imagine this is going to work out well !!
The market obviously agrees.
Rns is very promising news, as many have suggested before with news its jam tomorrow.
I have my concern that we run out of cash as overheads have increased without any further income for at least 6 to 12 months. Unfortunately unless revenues can be generated in the meantime I fear another placing and dilution at these low levels. I suspect that's what is holding sp down.
In a study of about 100 hospitalized COVID-19 patients, an inhaler from Synairgen was found boost the odds of improvement and lead to quicker recovery times relative to patients who received a placebo.
The inhaler uses a naturally occurring protein to stimulate the immune response in the lungs. Synairgen expects results from a late-stage study in hospitalized patients in early 2022.
Looking more and more like a sitting duck. Lots of licences off our shores, gas prices very high almost crisis, coupled with the fact there is a lot of infrastructure already in place to UK just when we need to import less to help mend gov finances.
