Yes very interesting. Clon website confirms discussion and sampling ongoing with YLB (THE LITHIUM COMPANY OF BOLIVIA !! ).

Why would we just relinquish licence if another 3 months is available. The "preferred" bidder could not get monies in time, ie end Feb. Perhaps with additional time it's still in the mix. Also other parties might step forward. I'm wondering that by proclaiming the licence will be relinquished was used as a stick.

The FDA encouraged a fast track procedure. The US has encouraged NDA's via this process enabling orphan drugs to get to market asap. Invariably trials and data may not be as comprehensive, but even with a CRL citing certain defficìenties such as issued to MTFB the end game is concluded much earlier (one way or another). Apparently this is fairly common and does not constitute failure. In our case it should be considered positive as another crucial step towards achieving approval - albeit frustrating and more expense. However achieving the Holy Grail has only one more hurdle to overcome.

It would appear that CLNR will not require to fund raise until a descion is made to drill (unless costs needed to aquire more lcences. If descion to drill is made then sp ought to be materially much higher, so not too dilutive.
