That's the bottom line business case question here....it's just taken a long time with a lot of decisions out of Mirriads control.... but brand safety scalability measurement and programmatic are finally here

If I may add LOTM it has taken a long time of global brand pressure to get more and more brand products inserted into mainstream shows...it's hit a pivot point last year were content producers need brand integrations to actually help pay for the very high production costs....so clearance of brands in shows is now mainstream acceptable AS LONG AS ITS CONTEXTUAL BRAND SAFE AND SUBTLE/PASSIVE which is what Mirriad do Programmaticly and full funnel measured now

It has also taken a long time for Mirriad to scale this process to hit global brands requirements which now as recent communications prove its able to do

It's also taken a long time to get security for lowly Mirriad at a level that's acceptable for global brands and content providers which they have now done via JupiterOne (see case study) this is just a snippet today of what's making Mirriad mainstream in Germany and the US and eventually globally once maxed out in these lucrative markets

I'd normally agree BPSR but after all the sell 1m buy 1m exactly and the 34mill rollover at a small margin tax mitigation and Bed and ISA along with all the un announced news uncovered this year AFTER the RTL Ad Alliance was renewed and delayed release for smokescreen transfer of ownership cheaply IMO it's sly but good if you believe in your own research

One more snippet though Bestmate if the volume goes crazy again like Monday then it's a smokescreen to cover the attempted transfer of ownership from old disgruntled holders before said big news release IMO and could be why it wasn't released in January proving they are sitting on news and releasing as it suits them and the tax mitigation lot IMO

All the others I follow virtually every member of staff at Mirriad now seems to of defined their current role and job description at Mirriad over the last few months and look set for the medium term can't see much more cuts available apart from the CEO taking shares instead of salary I know I would be in his position but maybe he can't with insider knowledge

Nah LOTM EO was always a bit to brash for my liking and recently took fun out of Publicis one of Mirriads agency clients as was going to notify MB but I thought they're all over linkedin posts by employees recently so didn't bother PV Priscilla has been Head of Marketing for 3 years but like I've said for 18 months and SB stated in last September's webinar THE BRANDS WANT THIS SOLUTION DESPERATELY AT SCALE NOW so no marketing of Mirriads solutions required in my book should save £150k a year with the high NYC salaries these days LOTM

Looks like EO & PV have been let go LOTM definitely looks like programmatic shining through no more marketing or client solutions needed demand must be greater than required hopefully and should add to more cost savings
