The other big news for the bank this Thursday morning is personnel. There is quite the reshuffle. Chairman Lord Blackwell will go by the time of the 2021 AGM, when he would hit the nine-year corporate governance recommended time limit. Anita Frew, the deputy chair, reaches that limit sooner: she will step down at the 2020 AGM. Separately, the chief operating officer is going. PPI charges may be familiar at Lloyds by now, but at least there will be some new faces.
