RE: 318% Return x10 Investments4 Mar 2026 11:39
I totally get the sentiment, but there's an awful lot of Daily Mail maths going on there.
We should get a nice steady roll of RNS's like today's, which is a very positive thing. However, we need to be aware, that just like some of the shareholders on this Bulletin Board, "The market" might read today's RNS and think "Ok, what does that mean?". So we need to be prepared that the market might not move this as expected until it has a greater understanding of exactly how revenue comes from these positions. Cold hard FIAT cash into ASTR's bank account.
I've spent a couple of months investing in subnets directly, reading discord, X, etc absorbing what I can. I really am only getting to grips with it on a surface level, It's still complex if you're not naturally techinically minded. And if we're honest, in its infancy and to some degree still finding its feet. SIam's post on X yesterday highlighted this very clearly.
But getting in early, when stuff is in its infancy is where the big bucks are made.
I have a feeling this will slow burn for a while, whilst the world is in a state of flux and crypto, (particularly BTC) the very thing designed to be and alternative to FIAT and TradFI finds itself being embraced and to some degree manipulated by the very institutions it was designed to circumvent.
Everything right now seems to be, at least to some degree, tethered to BTC. I think the "Aaha" moment will hit eventually and people will realise that TAO and Bittensor is an altogether different concept. The unknown for ASTR is how long it's going to take for the Aaha moment to happen. Most likely when one of the subnets goes major mainstream IMO.
