Pippi, the world changes, I don't know what the delays were, technical, political, logistics, access to patients? But at that time I suspect the conversations were that 'if you make it we'll buy it.' hence supply being the constraint.
Now however governments seem to be happy to leave it up to the public, so what happens, is there a market, I don't know if there is a market are tests sufficiently differentiated to let us float to the top, don't know. I always thought there were two levels of test, the 'am I safe to go out in public test, with people I don't know, who will be using the same tests' and the 'am I safe enough to be around a vulnerable loved one test'
There's only one I would trust at this time, the question is can the message be made clear and do most people actually give a monkeys.
Am I disappointed, yes, do I think there's something here in the diagnostics markets yes I do, am I holding on for therapeutics, yes. Do I blame anyone, no, other than portion down, bethell, and bits of the gov, bit I pressed the button knowing that those risks existed.
