Their shareprice is not relevant it's their mcap that's important. Then the ratio of our mcap to their mcap and our performance to their performance can be assessed. The SP as you know is function of the company structure for a given mcap.

Hate to say it, but shouldn't you have done that first? Before you sold nearly everything to buy in here?
I very much doubt most companies would expose the level of detail that you are interested in. It might be inferred should they give some level of detail to earrings when they occur.
When did you buy? If anything more than maybe 2 weeks ago, and not ancient history, then you're probably 100% up.

Anyone is free to say whatever they want, they are also free to suffer the legal or social consequences of such. Freedom of speech is typically that the government should not constrain your ability to speak.

Haggis, agree, signed is signed and needs announcing, unsigned is just a bit of paper with intent, announcing would cause issues.

Enforcement is a different story altogether :)
It's a fine point, but that's what the advisors are for, to advise. It would be nice to state that the advisors said we can't approve of an announcement about unsigned orders. Just so that we know that they can't, assuming they can't obviously.

Cheeky, that's taken a very long time, sounds to me like they either can't or there is no order book. The former seems quite reasonable as not all of the book will come off, so anything they say might be misconstrued and lead to regulatory issues or the threat of legal action which frankly is a pain they won't need. The latter I frankly prefer not to believe, also there is a need for clean localised power, they have clean localised power, so someone will buy it, ABB wouldn't do what they did with no market (and oil company might just for the green washing).

They could get round this by having a gentlemans agreement (non binding) that they will sign at a future date, but once signed in my opinion it is price sensitive.

Scarpa, my logic is, at the point that it is signed it becomes a binding agreement, for AFC in particular given that are a low revenue company that will be material, therefore it should be announced at that point. Those are the market rules aren't they material news announced at the time it happens so that all have the same information at the same time.
If we already had significant revenue and it was therefore not material, then there could be a timed release.

Agree Haggis, simply because the greater the hype the greater drop if it doesn't materialise there and then. There is nothing to suggest that something interesting will happen precisely by the end of next week, nothing at all, unless you are expecting companies to carry around copies of contracts to be signed.

I see the newbies are excited, the greater the degree of excitement the greater fall if the news doesn't materialise, BUT it would have no bearing on the new level if the news did materialise, it might effect the peak.

Wouldn't the sewage plants need to monitor the incoming stream for indicators of biological issues in the community, the further upstream the better (and greater numbers of units) and the effluent outflow for what's being passed into the environment at large.

In one of Gerry's tweets he refers to something that states UK. I was going to specifically ask the question, but I knew what his answer would be.
Can't find it now, am 100% sure I saw UK noted, but that confidence is falling.
