There is a possibility that language is being abused here.
The nomad wants them to state that Saturday will contain no new information, as stating that there will be new information now is price sensitive and there has been no RNS (perhaps it's not quite ready yet).
However there could still be an RNS between now and then and the statement of 'no new information on Saturday' would be true, as it would be old known information by that point.
I say this as I can't see what they can talk about other than to say this is the theory and we've escalated 4 times, draw your own conclusion, and dive into the technical 'how it works in theory' but some of that will be proprietary so there are limits there too.
I'd not be surprised if there was an RNS to provide what will be 'not new' by the time that the presentation takes place, that way no one is at a disadvantage in terms of information being available to investors.

But if whomever wants to pay to use 6000 (rather than TO), then it needs to be a good percentage of that revenue as once it's off patent it will disappear from them very quickly. No idea what that looks like but with an enlarged market, higher prices I can see 20% bringing in 1bn pa +. For the buyer the alternative is that, or watch generics take the market so I think the percentage could be high and it'll still be win win for all concerned.

My 3bn was simply based on EU plus US=1.5bn, rest of world doubles that. No thought of expanded use due to better tolerability, which will happen. So to my mind that's a lower limit of revenue for whomever wants it. Which starts to give a view as to what it's worth for them to pay for it to wipe out the market for any future generic doxyrubicon.
