Change required going forward for staff incentives, bonuses, rewards & Director bonus culture.
Shareholders first in the queue to be rewarded with div POT.
LBG employees to be rewarded with a max percent of the total shareholder POT.
Under this system, attitudes will change to work for the shareholders. The larger the shareholder div POT the more reward for employee bonuses/rewards.
Shareholder = Employer
LBG Staff = Employee.
This BS, that good staff are difficult to keep without staff incentives is insulting to one's intelligence.
Good staff must have an incentive but let that incentive be based on shareholders first and a percentage of the shareholder pot for rewards/incentives etc.
Shareholders would then be sharing 4 Billion POT, 6 bn POT, 8 bn POT.
