Looks like world economies are opening up again for tourism, which must be good welcome news for the banking sector.
Singapore airlines, transit flights are fully booked from June 2021 to some S.East Asia destinations.

Just booked our flights again to old blighty for Christmas/New Year.
Some things can't be replaced and fish & chips are on the wish list :)

Asking prices jumped by 2.1% in the 5 weeks to April 10th, only the second time in 5 years that prices have risen more than 2% from one month to the next.

The average price of the property to an all-time high 327,797 pounds.

52 % OF ALL prime real estate is owned by foreign investment which artificially pumps up house values for first-time buyers >>>> absolute disgrace that youngsters are competing with no questions asked, foreign investment or in many cases owned by an offshore company.
From 1st April 2021, an additional 2% stamp duty was added to foreign investors.

Absolutely right regarding the ten-year comparison or five years >> yikes.

The one year isn't an exact science, never the less they are reasonably close.
I hope we see 50p ish sometime mid-summer.

Perhaps when Europe comes out of lockdowns this share might return to 1600p.
I'm not holding my breath as markets have it out of favor.
Hope to proven wrong, sitting on a higher average.
Currently, my second poorest performing share and do not want to add more as I'm over-invested as a percentage of my pf.

I'm sticking with my own thoughts 300 range for the second half of the year after divs.
Put a five-year chart up and enter real inflation for 2021/22.
Financials tend to do benefit from inflation >>> imo

I won't be selling one single share.
The only regret was not buying sub 200p and too focused on other sectors.

Interesting article about Bitcoin.

I've never had a problem transferring Poundcoin/GBP, which arrives from one side of the world to the other relatively fast, it's then my decision to execute the
currency trade from overseas Pound account.
The last time, from memory Lloyds, charged 10 pounds per transaction of 100k.

Vast sums have been made with bitcoin but I'll stick with GBP for now.

I don't doubt some of your thoughts, however, I do believe investors will see 60 to 70p in the two-year time frame + dividends returning.
I've traded Lloyds for more than twenty years and sometimes out for several years.

Shear luck at times, to buy sub 29p ish but that's life.
I held a large negative position in 2020, sold & swapped for Housebuilders, then took profits and by good luck to bought back into Lloyds 29 down to 27p.

Sold one position several days ago and averaged my last position to 13p.
Wish it was that simple with the rest of my pf but Lloyds is well safe for now.
