EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Mobile Streams chair exits; Ukrproduct chair starts

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Mobile Streams PLC - London-based mobile gaming content provider - Non-Executive Chair Bob Moore resigns and leaves the company immediately. Non-Executive Director John Barker steps up to interim chair. "It is the intention of the board to appoint at least one new director with the relevant experience of the sports content, media and sportsbook space in the coming months," Mobile Streams says.

Ukrproduct Group Ltd - producer and distributor of branded dairy foods and beverages in Ukraine - Hires Rinat Abdrasilov to be its independent non-executive chair, joining the board this past Sunday. Abdrasilov, 43-years-old and a British citizen, is a director of JSC Ukrposhta, the national postal operator of Ukraine.

Tekmar Group PLC - Darlington, England-based technology and services provider for global offshore energy markets - Richard Turner starts as chief executive officer on Monday, his appointment having been announced back in June. Turner previously was CEO at Geoquip Marine AG. He replaces Alasdair MacDonald, who moves to executive director.

Pennant International Group PLC - Cheltenham, England-based systems support, technical services and training - Hires Darren Wiggins to be interim chief financial officer, starting on September 16 with a fixed term of eight months. Wiggins has held finance roles as Melrose Industries PLC and Meggitt Aerospace. He replaces Michael Brinson, who is due to depart on October 31. Pennant also hires Klaas van der Leest as a non-executive director. Van der Leest is CEO of cybersecurity firm Intercede Group PLC.

Judges Scientific PLC - London-based buyer and developer of assets in scientific instrument sector - Hires Ian Wilcock to be commercial director, a board position, starting immediately. Judges says Wilcock has 30 years experience in FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 technology and scientific instrument businesses. He started his career at Renishaw PLC, a provider of analytical instruments and medical devices.

Ultimate Products PLC - Manchester, England-based owner of homeware brands including Salter and Beldray - Hires Andrew Milne and Jose Carlos Gonzalez-Hurtado as non-executive directors, while current director Jill Easterbrook will step down, all from October 28. Milne is CEO of soft drinks firm Nichols PLC, while Gonzalez-Hurtado was chief commercial officer for retailer Carrefour SA.
