Savannah Energy PLC - London-based developer of hydrocarbon and renewable energy projects in Africa - Chief Executive Officer Andrew Knott agrees to buy 128.6 million existing shares for a total of GBP8.7 million. This implies a 6.77 pence share price, a premium to Savannah's market price on Monday of 6.33p. Knott will buy the shares from the company's employee benefit trust. The additional 6% stake will raise his holding to about 20%. Back in December, the company's largest shareholder, Nipco PLC, raised its own stake to 26.5%. Knott will pay GBP1.8 million upon completion of the share purchase, with the balance payable over six years. During this time the balance will accrue interest at 6% per annum. Knott also has agreed to cancel his options over 38.3 million Savannah shares. The announcement comes as Savannah holds its annual general meeting on Monday. Ahead of the AGM, Savannah on Friday said Nipco agreed to provide a new GBP32 million loan facility.

Auction Technology Group PLC - London-based auction market operator - Duncan Painter, who joined Auction Technology as CEO early last month, buys 237,500 shares at average GBP4.16, GBP4.22 and GBP4.19, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday last week, respectively. The purchases are worth GBP1.0 million in total. The shares are Painter's only holding.

International Consolidated Airlines Group SA - London and Madrid-based owner of carriers including British Airways, Iberia and Aer Lingus - Chief Financial & Sustainability Officer Nicholas Cadbury sells 200,000 shares at GBP4.07, worth GBP814,400, on Tuesday last week in London. Lynne Embleton, chair & CEO of Aer Lingus, sells 183,000 shares at GBP4.24, worth GBP775,005, on Thursday.

Unilever PLC - London-based consumer goods maker - Non-Executive Director Judith McKenna buys 4,295 American Depositary Receipts, each representing one ordinary share, at USD58.25, worth USD250,177, on Thursday in New York. Non-Executive Director Benoit Potier buys 2,040 shares at EUR49.05, worth EUR100,062, on Friday in Amsterdam.

Asos PLC - London-based online fashion retailer - Camelot Capital Partners buys 105,470 shares at GBP2.29 and GBP2.58, worth GBP246,404, on Tuesday and Thursday. Camelot, which is connected to Asos Deputy Chair William Barker, now owns 20.6 million shares.

Greencore Group PLC - Dublin-based convenience food maker - Chair Leslie Van De Walle and associate buy 30,000 shares at GBP2.27, worth GBP68,040, on Wednesday last week. CEO Dalton Philips buys 35,700 shares at GBP2.04, worth GBP72,828, on Friday. Non-Executive Director Alastair Murray buys 25,000 shares at GBP2.05, worth GBP51,175, also on Friday. Greencore on Wednesday said it swung to a pretax loss of GBP33.3 million in the half-year that ended March 27 from a profit of GBP26.7 million a year before, amid the one-off costs of Greencore's GBP1.2 billion acquisition of UK peer Bakkavor.

Luceco PLC - London-based designer and maker of residential and commercial electrification products - Non-Executive Chair Giles Brand sells 2.3 million shares both directly and via ESO Investments 2 Ltd. The sale is at 268.52p and is worth GBP6.1 million. Brand now has a 5.6% stake directly, plus 21.0% via ESO. EPE Special Opportunities Ltd separately last week said ESO Investments 2 Ltd sold 1.8 million Luceco shares. CEO John Hornby directly and via Deanmor Investments sells 1.1 million shares at 268.52p and 275.50p, worth GBP3.0 million. Hornby now has a 5.6% direct stake, plus 8.1% via Deanmor.
