Foxtons Group PLC - London-based estate agency chain - Newly appointed chair Nigel Rich buys 300,000 shares at 52.41 pence, worth GBP157,230, on Monday and Tuesday. Rich, who starts as chair on October 1, has served as chair of estate agency Hamptons International and of FTSE 100-listed property firm Segro PLC. He has also been a non-executive director of broadcaster ITV PLC.
